Great site, lovely big pitch with some bushes in between so felt fairly private, grounds kept in excellent condition. The shower block clean, warm with background music to sing along to.
The location is perfect for cycling or walking. A visit to Ferguson’s Deli in Hadleigh is a must if you want the best sandwiches ever at a great price.

The pitches were large and surrounded by hedges so privacy guaranteed and water and hook ups within easy reach. Shower block really warm and clean and we were greeted by a very nice lady who gave us information on local places to eat.

Excellent little site, hammered down with rain while we were there (one night) but can imagine in good weather it would be a really nice location. Quirky pub a few minutes walk up the road ( food served) with welcoming staff. Showers a bit tired but warm and kept clean. If we’re in that neck of the woods, would definitely revisit. Staff on site ver accommodating too.

Great location to explore this beautiful area of England. Pitch size was super, not too close to neighbours but near enough to chat with fellow campers. Really enjoyed our stay.

Minor dislike, you could hear the main road from the site.

We had a really enjoyable long weekend. Pitches are large and well maintained with hedging to provide privacy. We chose a south facing pitch which was lovely. This did however mean we were close to the road so we did experience a fair amount of road noise.
The staff at the site are really friendly and helpful.
The shower and toilet area are cleaned daily and more than adequate for the site. I felt the shower areas would benefit from a deep clean as there was black mould and limescale in the cubicles
The location is good for walking and the Cock Inn pub was a real find . We also visited Kersey and Lavenham which were lovely.

The site has two roads nearby and there is a lot of road noise regardless of where you are pitched but it wouldn’t prevent us from returning.
I do think the shower cubicles would benefit from deep cleaning

Pitch was private, quiet and level. Facilities were very good, nice toilet block with clean loos and hot showers. Loved the background music ! Staff really welcoming, friendly and helpful. We walked to the dog friendly Cock Inn for a really nice and well priced meal, 40 mins through beautiful woodland and quiet lanes with the help of the directions and map available in reception. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Thank you for a very chilled stay Polstead Country Park.

3rd time staying here now as we love the site so much.
Very friendly site and the people that run it are very friendly also.
The toilet/shower block are one of the best we have used.
Warm, shower nice a hot with great water pressure and can have a dance too whilst listening to the music lol.
Two pubs you can walk too, one up the road 10 min walk and another through the woods the opposite way about 4 mins walk.
Will be returning again for sure.
