The washing-up room and the toilets and shower block were clean and warm, the pitches were well-arranged with hedges to screen them. It is a great site and we thoroughly recommend it.

Dilapidated toilet & shower block - black mould and uneven floors leading to puddles of water
Dogs wandering about off leads
Some pitches quite narrow
Nearby pub never seemed open
We are so sorry you were dissatisfied with the facilities and we will pass your feedback to head office.
Dogs are not permitted to wander off lead and had this been brought to our attention while you were here we could have addressed this.

Lack of stock in the shop
Thank you so much for taking time to leave a review. There are some great walks from the park and we have free printouts of some of them in reception. Our shop is mainly for ice creams and pop in the Summer. We had a fully stocked shop last year but the majority ended up going past their sell by dates and had to be discarded. Most guests bring all their own supplies or go to the nearby supermarkets.
