The showers were nice and warm, very clean - the site was nice and spaced out too. Perfect location as supermarket was 10mins away if needed, also 15mins each way to Sudbury or Colchester.

LOVED the showers. There is a separate area to hang stuff and a seat away from the shower head. Really nice touch.
Loved the radio was playing, and provided hairdryer- very nice touch.
Toilets, showers and washing up area spotlessly clean.Spacious and level pitch.
Anne kept us informed by email about barrier.
And very lovely welcome from her husband .No em va agradar: The site isn't very well lit up at night, and the pitch numbers are really small and placed at the back of the pitch.
We arrived in the dark and we were unable to see our pitch number until we got out of the motorhome, and used a torch.
Reversing in was also difficult as there was no lighting within or outside the pitch.

The reason we don't have lighting everywhere is because people come to enjoy the beautiful night sky and all the wonderful stars that are so visible due to our rural location and lack of light pollution. I appreciate your feedback though and we will endeavour to let late arrivals know that a torch will be beneficial.

Helping me when electric wouldn't work for me.
Pitch was gravel and flat.
Was booked for grass but they gave me this after the previous bad weatherNo em va agradar: No seat in the shower. Part of the clothes hooks inadequate by the fact they couldn't hold anything as they stuck out rather than curved upwards .
The shared electric hook up was behind a small fence and untrimmed hedge I also had trouble with the switch staying on.
I prefer showers to have a gulley for the water to drain away. The flat "wet" floor made it hard to get ones lower half dry
