No em va agradar: Toilet block is looking a little dated and far to many random notices to read eg, "shower button sticks so can you please pull it out to stop water flow" - you could just fix the button. I understand conflict is difficult and you don't want to spoil everyone's enjoyment but another notice read "no fire pits", the people opposite us had one?
The WiFi needs to be better there was just no signal in the area we were in.

The shower button you mention has already been replaced twice but the shower block is on the owners To Do list and I will forward your feedback to them, thank you.
We also give guests the mobile phone number and ask them to call us with any issues so you could have notified us if you saw a fire pit. We didn't notice one or they would have been told to extinguish it and we, understandably, can't deal with such complaints after guests have left.

Thanks for your feedback Rod. The showers are on the owner's schedule, once we quieten down. There is one shower in the gents facilities which has recently had this issue but we are addressing it.
