Nice quiet place, just what we needed for a long bank holiday weekend.

Significant noise from A road next to site.

Just got home from a week at Low Greenlands Holiday Park. We had a lovely time and can't wait to stay here again. The site is really well maintained. The toilets, showers and washing up/laundry room were spotless every time we used them. There was great on-site WiFi. The site is well located for Lancaster, the park and ride being very convenient, not far from the southern Lake District and only a twenty minute drive to Kendal and Morecambe. There is a great farm shop and pub just a few minutes walk away. Other reviews have commented on noise from the nearby road. We found the proximity to the road made it easy access the site and didn't find the road noise to be an issue, despite it being a busy Easter weekend. All in all Low Greenlands Holiday Park is a fantastic site and we can't wait to return!

A very secure, quiet, lovely, clean site. The toilet block was spotless and warm! They even had music in the loos! We stayed on pitch 10 which had a nice little private area. Little phone signal but the site has good WiFi. Site owner was present and really friendly. Great communication via email. Will definitely be returning.

Not really a dislike as we loved our stay and it can't be helped by the owners but there weren't many young families on the site and not much to do for the kids.

Everything. The site was very well laid out, we were given very clear instructions before arrival on pitch number, gate code ect. The site was immaculate, the showers and toilets were also spotless and cleaned regularly. There is a main road nearby but it did not bother us, we didn't find it intrusive. Great location for the lakes, Blackpool ect

Facilities block was spotless, water pressure at drinking water points was epic, fill a aqua hog in less than 1min

Pitches a little bit close together. But this didn't spoil the experience

FANTASTIC and we have a GREAT 3 nights here! This is added into our favourites!

1. Plenty of space. We were on pitch 5 in a campvan with an awning/gazeebo type thing and a pup tent and there was plenty of room. Pitches 1-8 seem to be easily big enough for massive caravans as well.

2. The actual pitches were really well kept, the small stones were perfect for pitching and knocking in pegs. Ours had easy access to electric and fresh drinking water.

3. The toilet and washing facilties were spotless and I'm liking the "Smooth Chill" radio coming through even at 5am in the morning when you go in... toilets were mint and clean, sinks the same and the shower wasn't a push for 10 seconds jobbie it was a turn on crank up the heat and away you go. Perfect.

4. We did a lovely 8 mile walk road/fields from the campsite that took us a few hours and it was silent and peaceful and this is on a Easter weekend. The side roads are nice and quiet from cars.

There is nothing to really dislike. However for transparency... and just for people who are thinking of coming here...

1). I know people have mentioned the road, yes there is a road and yes there are cars but it didn't keep us awake or spoil our 3 day break at all, we sat out for hours even at night with a BBQ. However if this kind of thing anoys you then this camp isn't for you. However, that road gives such easy access to everywhere. Like I say didn't bother us.

2). I may be wrong, but if people are expecting chemical toilet disposal (we weren't as we were in a campervan), then I'm not sure if there is one? (Manager?) A lady asked as she couldn't find one and we had a quick look together and not sure if there is one. If this is a requirement just ask before you book.

Other than this, I can't think of anything I'd like to share and neither of the above was a problem for me and the missus, so take the above with a pinch of salt.

Lovely and clean , well organised communication from booking - to setting up , no stress , everything made clear .

Next to a main road , fast travelling cars/lorries, also very small so not much space for my little one to (couldn’t really ride his bike ,kick a football) , a small park would have made the difference. but this isn’t a negative as I was aware of what facilities where available- just making others aware

Clean to a point ….owner helpful but when queried noise said obvious on map that beside a road.

Very close to noisy busy road which was v dangerous to walk along so pub and farm shop not easily accessible. Said peaceful site on pitch up but anything but!! No sleep ! Paid for dogs and no dog walk which was safe!
