Lovely views, summer camp was private and a very short walk to the main site. There wasn't assigned bays for the camping like the main camp but people tried to be respectful mostly

We have just come back from a 3 night (extended to 4 nights whilst there) stay on this lovely campsite. I went on my own for the first time (mum) with my 2 children. We were on the decked area with a bridge and stream. It was a beautiful spot and my 2 (7&9) loved the stream. The staff were all lovely and extremely helpful. My 2 loved going to feed the animals every day. It's in a really good location for walks, beaches, days out. There are walks you can do from the site (which they camp has info and step by step pictures and info for which was really helpful) and you are only 25mins from the coast. There is a coop about 5mins away in Dolgellau and you can get supplies from the onsite shop.
We hired a fire pit and wood on our last night which was lovely. There were lots of other families there and my 2 made lots of friends which was lovely. It was a really friendly campsite to stay on
The toilet block is immaculate and is warm with hot water for showers and washing up. Everything is in close proximity. Would definitely go back (think my kids will make me).
I could also access the free WiFi at my tent which was really useful for researching days out or journeys.
We did a local walk from the campsite, visited Corris Craft centre (King Arthur's Labryinth and chocolate making), Barmouth Beach and Black Rock Sands Llama trekking (this was amazing).

Absolutely everything, we didn’t have one negative about this site. It is the friendliest, cleanest and over all best holiday camp/destination we’ve been to in the UK. We try to go camping around the uk at least 10 times a year, exploring different places but we will definitely be returning to Llwyn yr Helm caravan park.
We booked the secluded decking pitch. We’ve never pitched on decking before but we can say that it was fantastic. Peg are available to hire. It was a stunning place.
The facilities (showers, toilets ect.) were absolutely immaculate.
The people who own/run the site were so friendly and helpful. They explained everything really well and were so welcoming, even coming to check if we’d had a nice stay, asking for feedback. Really shows they care about the site which is lovely!
The children had ample space to run around, play on the park, football field and see the animals which was lovely to keep them busy.
Fantastic distance to the beach (Barmouth) we went into town for the day which was also stunning!
Thank you for everything, we had a brilliant holiday.

Super friendly owners, fantastic site with great facilities, everything you could need for a camping trip; small park, clean toilets & showers, dog walking field, small farm, and great location for getting out exploring. We were on the overflow field, had water point, cleaning station & small toilet block, all clean and fellow campers were respectful of facilities and surroundings, super quiet at night for a good nights sleep. Main shower block on site was one of the cleanest and nicest we have been in.

Nothing to dislike here.

Lovely quiet location tucked up in the hills with walks from the site. Great hosts, warm shower blocks and cafe.

Summer camping field is where we stayed the space was amazing, the children aged 7 and 3 liked the park, loved feeding and petting the animal too. The staff went above and beyond, the shop had all the essentials and more, facilities were always immaculate.

Only 1 tumble dryer and 1 washing machine and after a wet day In Wales everyone was trying to get bits dry.

Fantastic camp site with excellent facilities. The facilities were always clean. Lots of great space and activities to do on sight. Pitches were all flat with plenty of space to play just outside your tent. Staff were lovely, very helpful and were doing regular checks around the campsite and engaging well with campers. They had a well thought through and stocked shop on sight and everything was a reasonable price. Great to get fresh eggs and feed their farm animals. Would highly recommend as a camp site and we would visit again without hesitation. Campsite is great for children and it did go quiet as per the rules between the requested times.
