Close to sea, pitch size was good.

Badly outdated shower & toilet facilities, too small - seat is in shower bit didn’t fold up so was wet through, broken tiles on walls - needs a complete re think! Also these facilities were amongst the static vans rather bizarre when the people using them are from the touring section. Also, male attendant just breezed in with no announcement whatsoever.

Field we were in was very rutted, lots of dips & hollows and only one working light along the roadway

Only thing is toilet block was a good walk because we were right at the back field but saying that didn't bother us

The pitches were lovely and within reach of all facilities. Kessingland is a great beach, though the stony areas present a challenge to bare feet.
We enjoyed the activities at the clubhouse.

The toilets presented a challenge to a single parent with a child of the opposite sex - where to go, mens or ladies. And sometimes that was made worse by a male cleaner in the women's area - quite scary for a 9 year old.

Perfect spot to take little ones .. right by the beach , entertainment , activities on site .

Location and touring area lay out with trees etc

Badly outdated shower/ WC facilities. Too cramped, broken tiles . everything was wrong and lots complaining.
Shower/ WC way too far from touring area.sited in middle of statics made no sense and long walk .
Entertainment as in show, singer, visiting act is way to late to start at 9.45-10 .our experience in past is they start at 9-10 then something else ..disco or karaoke

Pitch size was good, friendly staff, lots to do!

Toilets and showers could have been slightly cleaner but given how many people were there and using them you can’t complain.

Beach, shop,playground, cafeteria within walking distance.

8 nights(1adult+1small child) in a tent for nearly 500 pounds in a(none electric)pitch with uncleaned cow's crap and heavily missing grass patches wasn't very nice and toilets allocated way too far.

Evening entertainment

No hot water showers in the pool area freezing cold. Was not able to shower my 5month old baby after swimming. Even the taps in the toilet had no hot water. Had to boil a kettle when we got back and bath him in a paddling pool. The camping showers were often cold no hot water if more than one person in there. The toilets were very dirty. This was not acceptable no apologies from staff either!

The restaurant was lovely as was the bar area. All the staff were very nice.

Nisa on site shop was well stocked although they did run out of milk. Co-op is about a 10 minutes drive.

Pools were heated and clean.

Toilet block is in the static caravan section although they don't need them as they are self contained. Upto 250m walk to get there from the camping section which seemed stupid. They were fairly clean but looked very grubby as they are so run down. Gents has 4/5 sinks but only one dryer above one of the sinks. Hot water was hit and miss whatever the time of day.

The site seems to be more of a touring site with most people only staying a day or two. Kids felt uncomfortable to play as there was name calling from some of the clientele.

Says no BBQs but there were lots there and fire pits.

The swimming pools and the animal activity which are free.

One shower block which needs knocking down and rebuilding, dirty/old and outdated. The washing up facilities are outside and again, dirty/old/outdated and although there is a small roof there outside. Pitch was also on quite a large slope.
