We had good weather and it was dry enough for campervans to park on the field. There is a small area of hard standing but that was a busy area the field location is much better. In my opinion. Views fantastic. Fun bike ride along bridlepath from Low Row down to Grinton or cycle over the moor roads, mind the sheep and wildlife. There is a path down to the river footpath directly from the site.
Don’t go if you need to be connected to your phone 24/7! Mobile connection on O2 was sporadic. Oddly I could get a connection through the night. The on site Wi-Fi didn’t stretch to the field pitches.
Overall a great place to relax and reset.

We had a fab weekend and will be returning with the grandchildren as there is plenty for them to do, Lammas, goats,playing in the river or watching the barn owls at night.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: Lovely location. Flat field. Can walk alongside river from site. Really beautiful. Cath really friendly. 3 unisex toilets. Mains water and washing up area. Can use fridge if needed. Steep hill down to site but was ok, not as bad as I feared.

Next time you come if that should happen again please just give us a shout, a nudge or a text, we're keen to keep things tidy. If we don't find the rubbish the jackdaws or hedgehogs will!

Thanks for the review. Yes, mobile phone reception is very patchy. EE is probably the best. Wifi is available near the farm buildings :-)
