Huge pitch. Hot showers. Drinks in bar really cheap. Easy access to river for kayaking and swimming. Cycle into Limeuil for a picturesque village and great restaurant. Week we were there the field next door hosted a monster truck spectacular- awesome stunts (if you’re not a health and safety officer - my heart was in my mouth on occasion).

Local village was industrial and not pretty at all. Apart from a pizzeria, there wasn’t really anywhere to eat or drink. Felt run down. Site was fine though, pool good and comfy sunloungers.

The view is lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Facilities clean Great location for exploring the Dordogne.
Met some great people who have been visiting for years.

Trees need attention regarding dead wood and bugs (these became invasive) when parked under them. .

enough to get a riverside pitch it was beautiful. Been able to walk out of our caravan and go for a swim was ideal. The bar and facilities were very good. Toilets and showers were basic but very clean.

Campsite had been let go, not maintained, swimming pool still closed. Only 4 guests staying there when we were there. Could be a great site and maybe was but not anymore.
