Lovely little campsite, chose as close to home to try out new tent. Nice clean & tidy shower block & toilets. Lovely lil place caldbeck. Even got the pleasure of thunder & lightning. Host was excellent was always around checking the facilities & replenishing toilet rolls etc. Always asked how we were getting on. Will definitely be back for another visit.

Small, quiet campsite in a beautiful location. Spacious pitches each with their own picnic bench. Close to the village pub, shop and cafe with lots of footpaths leading from the village (and one going right through the campsite). The owners were friendly and helpful. Facilities are fine (larger sinks in the bathrooms and some hooks to hang your towel on would be good) and were always spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

The showers, toilets etc on the site are very clean and excellent. This is a wonderful site and ideally located for Keswick and Ullswater

Minor suggestion replace rooms to bathrooms doors with non MDF

Lovely peaceful campsite, friendly owners, we had one of the bigger pitches. Well placed for exploring, the facilities are enough for the size of the campsite, we never had to wait for a loo or shower or to wash up! Picnic bench very helpful! The solar charger was a welcome surprise!
