Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: Lovely site, there was a bit of a mess up as we were supposed to be staying in their VIP Bell tent but we were moved to one of their new lodges! Who could possibly complain about that?! The lodge was so lovely, bed was comfortable, lodge was clean and prepped with kettle, cuttlery and crockery, bbq utensils and towels. Beautiful scenery looking out to the forest. Loved watching the Robins, blackbirds and bunnies hopping about to the side of the decking.
No em va agradar: Honesty Shop was lovely but didn't quote have as much as advertised. Had to pop to Tesco for coal as they didn't have any. Only a short drive though so didn't mind.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: We stayed at a furnished bell tent and liked everything about it. The location is great - remote and quiet , but easy access to Battle and Hastings. We loved the rabbits!
No em va agradar: There is no wifi connection and mobile internet is not strong - I loved it, but hubby wanted to watch football on one of the evenings so he was a bit upset.

The owner kindly immediately reset the site wi-fi when we had a problem logging on. It did the trick. We were all treated like friends.
The small lake and surrounding woods are beautiful and a delight to wander through and explore.No em va agradar: No road surface put down that could prevent dust clouds.
Our 21ft, plus cycle rack 'van gave us a few eek moments over the last half mile to the campsite gates. However, the perception is often not the reality and when we left, found the run back over the dreaded half mile was nothing like we wrongly anticipated.

The Site is well kept , and sits amongst lovely woodland making for a relaxing stay.
The Honesty Shop is also a fab idea! Items and goods you may need when reception /shop is closed(open 24hrs).
The owners are lovely people ,and very welcoming.
