No em va agradar: The only thing we didn't like was people playing loud music and people pitching up on top of us , but you can't blame the site owners for that , the pitches aren't very level

No em va agradar: Toilets and showers old in my opinion they need updating. There didn't appear to be any flat pitches with EHU the water tap near our pitch had old imperial tap connector so our adapter didn't fit. You need transport as nothing in walking distance.

Thank you for taking the time to review Boveys Down Farm camping site.
We hope you enjoyed the far reaching views of the Farway valley. We are working farm and some enjoy farm walks with the farmer and getting a taste for the natural habitat.
Children enjoy playing in the woods, rope swings, football goal, junior pool table, and smaller child's toys.,
The toilet & shower block was built in 2015, all the tiling ,basins and toilets are in near perfect condition, toilet cubicles all have two dispensers for blue hand paper & two for the white rolls also hand sanitizer soap dispensers & a bucket of wet wipes + large bins for waste, auto lighting disabled facilities, special parent and baby /toddler changing room near the commercial kitchen area. Not sure what else we can add.
Showers have their controls regularly replaced
All campers have use of under cover outside double sink wash up area.
There were two more toilets & a shower added last winter 2022/23, they are in a more rustic style with wood to get a more country vibe.
We do have plenty of level pitches, some are slightly otherwise but normally greatly enjoyed anyway.
The Swallows Rest for checking in, 3pm to 7pm.
I don't think you visited our tea room restaurant to check out the food or bar with the locally brewed Otter ale or cider,
thankfully many people enjoy it here and repeat their visits many times over the past 30 years.
We are just under 2 miles from the nearest pub & food (other than ours)
