Thank you so much for sharing your feedback with us. We’ve worked really hard to create a great activities and entertainment programme there truly is something for everyone! There was a small issue with the swimming pool during your stay, but our team acted quickly to rectify it, and the pool was reopened again straight away. All of our teams take pride in keeping their areas clean and tidy. We’ve recently added new bins around the park and encourage everyone to do their bit it’s important for the look of our park, the environment, and of course our wonderful wildlife. You’re absolutely right that we need to keep pushing to make the park as litter-free as possible, and we’ll keep working on that. Regarding the chemical waste point, we did have a hose near the waste pipe, but it looks like this may have been removed. I’ll make sure our touring team is informed so this can be addressed quickly. You can always find our daily programme on the large screens across the park and on our social media platforms each day. It’s in our nature to take comments like yours on board, keep learning, and keep improving so thank you again for helping us get even better. |

We’re really proud of what we’ve built here our facilities are some of the best around, and we’ve put a lot of care into creating activities and an entertainment programme that has something for everyone. You can even book activities through our link before you arrive, which is such a handy way to plan your days and make the most of your stay. Our touring team also do their best to make check-in as smooth as possible, so you can start your holiday just the way you want to. We’ve added more bins across the park because we want to keep things looking beautiful and protect our wildlife. And you’re absolutely right about speed limits we’re already looking at adding more signage and other ways to make sure everyone sticks to the rules. We work really hard to provide some of the very best activities and entertainment around, with something for everyone to enjoy, so it’s great to know that made your stay special. You’re absolutely right about security. With such a large park and lots of holiday guests especially children and young adults it’s really important we keep everyone safe. We’ve already increased our security presence to make sure this is well covered. We do ask that all children are supervised by an adult at all times looking after our guests and our park is in our nature. I’m sorry to hear you found the toilets, showers, and pot wash areas less than clean at times. Our touring teams are in the blocks from early morning through to late evening to keep them tidy, but it looks like we missed the mark during your stay. Please accept our apologies we’ll be working with the team to make sure standards are where they should be. Thank you again for your comments. We’re really sad to read this, as our returning holiday guests are so important to us. We’re always looking at ways to slow traffic of any kind down on and around the park, and we’re aware that more signage is needed – we are actively looking into this. We also have a full activities and entertainment programme, which can be found on our social media pages and on our website, so you’re able to plan your time with us. A number of our activities are free, such as swimming – where else can you get this? We really are such great value for money! We’ve invested millions back into the park and added some amazing new developments, such as our park shop stocked with your daily needs and yummy baked goods. We’ve even created a dedicated space for our touring guests. Don’t forget our beautiful Lake Club, perfect for the views and some great drinks – and of course, our delicious gelato! It’s in our nature to take feedback like yours on board and keep learning and improving wherever we can. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your stay didn’t meet expectations, and we will continue to work on these areas to make the park enjoyable for everyone. |

We’re really sad to read your comments, as we truly believe our place is phenomenal with so much to do and see, set in such beautiful surroundings. At busier times, litter can unfortunately build up quicker than we’d like. To tackle this, we’ve recently purchased and placed extra bins around the park to encourage everyone to do their bit. Our park teams also work hard to get on top of it as quickly as possible, making sure everything is returned to clean and tidy again. In addition, we do not allow company signage vans on the park, and these will be challenged immediately by our team if seen. It’s in our nature to care for our park and guests, and we’d love the chance to welcome you back so you can experience it at its best where the focus is on relaxation, fun, and those beautiful views. |

We do hold a zero-tolerance policy on drugs, and our teams will challenge this if seen. Our touring teams are working incredibly hard to ensure the pitches are clean and tidy, along with the shower blocks. It’s in our nature to always look to improve, and we’ve recently changed the arrival process for our touring guests, so we’re glad it seems to be working better.
