What a great spot for a Liguria summer break… Camping Pian dei Boschi is a mere 10 minutes’ walk from the beach in Pietra Ligure, and it’s filled with trees to ensure there are plenty of nice shaded spots on hand when you need a bit of chillout time. It’s also a most handy location for getting out to explore the surrounding area, known as the Riviera delle Palme – as well as several stretches of sandy beach nearby, you can also get out to explore local caves, poke about in ancient villages, try outdoor activities like mountain biking and climbing, or plan family days out at the nearby waterpark. Getting the essentials sorted should be pretty straightforward too, as there are plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance (and also a train station if you fancy getting out to explore without the car). A shuttle runs down to the equipped area of the beach through the summer too. Not that you actually have to head out to swim, eat or shop if you don’t want to, as there’s a mini market and a restaurant/pizzeria right there on site, along with a swimming pool and paddling pool (with a sun terrace and loungers alongside too). Other leisure facilities on site include a tennis court, table tennis, playground and an outdoor fitness area, and there’s a programme of kids’ activities and evening entertainment in the summer months.

喜欢: The location is amazing, the site was clean and tidy, facilities were very good and the staff - well wow, they were smiling and helpful throughout our stay, we couldn’t have felt more welcomed by them .

喜欢: The town a 10 minute walk from the site, lovely area nice restaurants

不喜欢: Very small pitches, we were not offered a larger pitch and we had one of the largest motorhomes which resulted in us clipping the side of our van! Shower and toilet blocks were well below par considering the cost of the pitch and in comparison to the other sites we have stayed at. Also couldn’t get on the pitch until 3pm.

喜欢: The facilities were very clean and suited to families with a good size poil. Children's entertainment was well run. The location being 3 minutes walk to Lidl was useful and only a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. The pitches were flat and shaded.

不喜欢: The pitches were very dry and dusty, and my tent pegs should have been sturdier.

喜欢: Ein schöner und gut gepflegter Campingplatz mit einem tollen Pool, sehr schön angelegt. Wir haben gezeltet und hatten einen ausreichend großen Platz auf festem ebenen Untergrund im Halbschatten. Abends gibt es Animationen im Wechsel für Kinder bzw. Erwachsene. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Minimarkt kann man Brötchen vorbestellen oder auch direkt frühstücken, es gibt eine schöne Terrasse davor. Der Kaffee schmeckt dort hervorragend.

不喜欢: Die Toiletten sind zwar sauber, aber es fehlten teilweise die Toilettenbrillen. Toilettenpapier und Seifenspender an den Waschbecken gab es nicht. Als kleinen Tip würden wir mitgeben, dass man den Gästen erklären sollte, dass man erst einen Knopf außerhalb der Armatur betätigen muss um warmes Wasser zu bekommen. In Deutschland kennen wir das nicht. Deshalb war unser erstes Duscherlebnis dort sehr erfrischend. Ein französisches Paar hatte das gleiche Erlebnis. Die Pasta mit Meeresfrüchte vom Restaurant war sehr ernüchternd. Tiefgefrorene Meeresfrüchte, für Italien sehr untypisch, und eine kleine Portion zu einem eher hohen Preis auf den Teller geklatscht. Eine Dame vom Service unfreundlich, eine andere freundlich. Auf jeden Fall haben wir sehr viel besser außerhalb gegessen.

喜欢: Es gab einen Pool (allerdings nur mit Badekappe), man ist fußläufig in 8 Minuten am Lidl und in 12 Minuten am Meer, Duschanlagen waren ok, Toiletten sauber, kostenloses Wlan

不喜欢: Zeltplätze auf hartem Stein / Staubboden, sehr steiler Hang mit Aufsetzgefahr für Auto, keine Park/ Auslademöglichkeit neben den Zeltplätzen, Sanitäranlagen teils schon in die Jahre gekommen, sehr laute Zirpen den ganzen Tag

不喜欢: Ce n'est pas un camping, c'est un parking! 2m entre chaque vehicule. Bon il y a une piscine bondée. ..et la plage publique fait 50 m de large, tous le reste est pris par des 100aines de parasols comme habituellement en Italie. Et nous y étions en Juin...

当地景点

The beach is the place to start, of course… in Pietra Ligure it’s a sandy stretch with both free and equipped areas, and plenty of places to pick up drinks and snacks while you sunbathe. To see a bit more of the coastline, hire a boat from the harbour or take a drive to one of the nearby beaches like Il Cavallino Bianco (10 minutes’ drive) or Varigotti (20 minutes). For a change of swimming scenery, try the slides and wave pools at Le Caravelle waterpark (20 minutes). Turning attentions away from the coast, there are some great climbing routes in the hills close to the site, or you can head underground to see prehistoric human footprints at the Grotte di Toirano (20 minutes) or follow the five-kilometre system of caves and lakes at Grotte di Borgio Verezzi (10 minutes). Back up on the surface, take a trip to the medieval walled town of Finalborgo (15 minutes) or set forth for city time in Genoa (an hour and 10 minutes) to see Europe’s biggest aquarium, ride the scenic Bigo elevator and visit the maritime museum.
