Camping Les Portes de L'Anjou

喜欢: The location is stunning. The village with a couple of small shops for provisions including a Boulangerie for bread, croissants and cakes all within 10 mins walk. The pitch was a good size and backed onto the river. The bathroom facilities were very clean. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. We want to go there to stay longer next time.

喜欢: My first stop after Calais - about 5 hr drive Great site pitch opposite the Loire you are nearly in the river !! Showers clean lady on reception welcoming . Have to pay for Wi-Fi if you need it

喜欢: Location stunning! Right on the river as requested. Helpful English speaking reception staff. Good facilities. Walking distance to quaint town. Large pitch size. Value for money.

喜欢: Mooie ruime staanplaats, telkens met een haag tussen, dus zit je niet dicht bij elkaar. De visvijver straalt rust en kalmte uit. Sanitaire was heel proper en de voorzieningen voor camper ( vuil water lozen en toiletten) alles was netjes. Er is een deurtje die toegang geeft tot de promenade om met de hond te wandelen.

不喜欢: Zwembad dicht niettegenstaande de zeer warme temperaturen, restaurant of winkeltje ook dicht. WiFi slechts 1 persoon mocht inloggen maar je betaalt wel voor 2 en belastingen ook voor 2.

As noted in website, the swimming pool is a public one opened in July & August only and our bar / snack closed at the end of August. There were restaurant in the village (10min by foot) which are opened during your stay. Concerning WIFI, you did not pay it (you can check your receipt). You have free access for 1 device with a code I give you. For other devices, it's 2€ per day per device but you did not tell me that you want several connexions. Concerning tax, it's the touristic tax as everywhere in France. Looking forward to seeing you again, Kind regards. Yves & Sophie

喜欢: Well kept site, great fishing location right on the Loir. Excellent service, E.g. when the fishing federation website was under maintenance so she couldn’t issue me a licence, Sophie rang them and made alternative arrangements so I could fish.

不喜欢: Trivial really but toilet seats please!

喜欢: Riverside location. Close proximity to town and bars/restaurants/supermarket.

不喜欢: Constant people walking across our pitch to access gate onto river bank - totally ignoring the designated pathways.

喜欢: Highly recommend. Great facilities. Heated Pool, playground, games room, trampoline. Short walk to town. Will be back to stay for a longer stay when next passing. Owners could not be more help
