不喜欢: Used as a base for Edinburgh fringe. Quite a walk from main entrance to get to tent and Uber driver wouldn’t drive inside the park.

不喜欢: Floors in facilities constantly wet from showers

喜欢: Location - lovely having a site in the middle of the country park. Great flat pitches. Good pop-up campsite. Convenient for accessing Edinburgh and the Lothians. Good public transport links as well as road access.

不喜欢: Toilet and shower block could do with being cleaned to better a standard. Backs of toilet doors were dirty and shower water just pooled in the doorway rather than having a drain to take it away.

喜欢: There’s always someone at reception which is very helpful! The lay out of the place us very spacious, it’s great that cars can’t enter the geounds and it was also very quiet when we were there!

不喜欢: The toilets got clogged up quite easily.

喜欢: It was very safe and convenient park with lots of land for walk and all other activities for children's, plus it was near to Edinburgh city too which we as a family want to visit. Their is a lots of food shop near by too in the main high street which was in front of the park main gate. My children's really enjoyed the trip. Shower and toilet was clean enough yes it depends on eveyeron how we used these facilities.

不喜欢: Didn't like the main gate closed times. It was close 7pm and open in the morning at 7am too.

In regards to our gate system, there is a 24/7 security team on site with a phone number and times provided in the welcome pack you receive when you check in. There is also an intercom button present to speak to a member of our team. They would always be able to buzz you in any time. We do hope you can visit us again next year.
