As most folk know, country rambles are an absolute must when holidaying in Dorset. So it's most fortuitous that Oathill Farm Holiday and Touring Park's lovely location allows for easy access to many human- and dog-friendly walks. Not only do these start straight from the site, they go along public footpaths and a network of country lanes, over bridges and rivers to local beauty spots like Forde Abbey House and Gardens, Pilsdon Pen and Wayford Woods. The family crew at Oathill have been running things in a relaxed, friendly and well-kept manner for years at their neatly landscaped site, set over 10 acres of Dorset countryside, with landscaped ponds and separate designated recreational and dog walking areas. All of this provides a peaceful environment for guests, in keeping with the stunning local Dorset landscapes such as the seaside scenery of Lyme Regis, 12 miles away. The team prides itself on the standard of its facilities and amenities: guests have the use of a heated toilet and shower block, a washing-up area, a washer and a dryer. As there is no shop or café on site, take a 10-minute drive to Crewkerne to grab groceries at the nearest shop.

喜欢: The view, the size of the pitch having the water and electricity next to pitch. The toilets and showers were very clean. Recycling facilities and a doggy wash area. It was lovely.

喜欢: Lovely well maintained site , lots of walks direct from site, nice size of park. Very accommodating for my last minute call in a Friday before the bank holiday weekend, dog friendly and planet of things to do in local area .

喜欢: Very presentable campsite. Love that it’s not over busy. Very peaceful and has everything you need on site. I will add photos to this review. Showers are perfect and good water pressure. Signal is great in the area too. Dog bath, washing machine and tumbler dryer, recycling, ash bin for bbq, washing up station. Honestly just brilliant Lyme Regis was 20mins away and is very nice down there. Loads of museums around too

Many Dorset and Devon sights and activities are easily accessible from Oathill Farm Holiday and Touring Park, like the fossil-filled beaches of Lyme Regis and Charmouth about 20 minutes away, and the market towns of Dorchester, Taunton and Yeovil and surrounding villages steeped with local history, pubs and eateries within easy reach. Crewkerne (and its swimming pool, horse riding activities and the local museum) is also nearby; several golf courses are close by too and the fishing and birdwatching of Chard Reservoir is just over the hill. If you do like to be beside the seaside, many resorts with activities and attractions for all ages are within easy driving distance. As well as Forde Abbey, other historic houses and gardens in the area include Montacute House, Barrington Court and Stourhead. For other days out, try Longleat Safari Park, Monkey World, Crealy Great Adventure Park, Diggerland, the Pecorama model railways, Yeovil Fleet Air Arm Museum and Seaton Tramway.

严禁明火。
可以烧烤，但必须搭建架子远离地面，且始终有成人看守。

从09:00:00到18:00:00，接待处上班时间为01/04到30/09。
从10:00:00到16:00:00，接待处上班时间为01/10到31/03。

狗

导盲犬可入内，不收取费用。
