喜欢: Pitches were generous sized, 20 minute walk to Shanklin beach.

不喜欢: There is no dog walking area on the park itself. Tourer site bathrooms were not particularly clean- mould and hairs on wall of showers, and shower curtains were mouldy. Nowhere to put dry belongings in showers. A shelf or more hooks would be useful

喜欢: Pitch was large and secluded. Electric hook up included in price. Friendly on site staff. Warm and clean toilet / shower block. Easy access to railway station, supermarkets and high street shops. I travelled by push bike and there is a great onsite cycle hire shop offering free ebike charging (bring your own charger). This is my second stay and I plan to visit the Isle of Wight each year from now on. Lower Hyde Holiday Park will be my first choice due to it's great location and clean, modern facilities. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

不喜欢: Site facilities weren’t that great because there were many pitches for tents and touring vans however shower blocks and toilets were less… The ratio was inadequate.. Lack of staff responsibility to clean toilets regularly as there was no tissues in the toilet and no soap in the dispenser.. No response when tried to contact Out of hours service..

不喜欢: Customer service was awful.. staff were not helpful and rude at some occasion’s Poor communication between customer service and site staff Toilets and showers were not cleaned regularly and were lacking tissues and hand soap for at least couple of days

喜欢: The campsite was clean.

不喜欢: No toilet roll in the female loos a lot of the time. The drinking water contained toomuch chlorine, we found this our by smell and a quick search online.. no one told us not to drink it, resulting in my 10 week old baby having sickness and diarrhea, when we called the site they said the whole Island was contaminated, this is not true and we think it is disgusting that we were not warned.

喜欢: We liked the variety of activities on site and there was ample space between pitches and the staff were friendly.

不喜欢: The toilet block wasn’t the cleanest and some of the areas were looking a little tired.
