喜欢: Big breakfast fabulous but bit on the expensive side. Clean toilets pitch and good access yo walkways beach about 15 mins walking distance. I come here again and again. Staff are friendly and courtesy
不喜欢: Roast not up to par but the staff got on yo it straight away, non hard pitches people getting stick because of rain some thing needs to be done here. Disability access with dogs is extremely limiting

喜欢: Great location easy 15min walk down to Shanklin, all the staff were v nice.Shower were clean and hot and had a hairdryer . Rob who looks after the touring area was very helpful when we got stuck in the mud and found us a better pitch.
不喜欢: It rained a lot ( not their fault ) but it highlighted that maybe more solid hard standing pitches are needed

喜欢: Nice level hardstanding with electric, water and grey water waste. Clean site.
不喜欢: Tired shower block. Showers were very high pressure only. The shower curtains had been removed from the cubicles which meant clothing and towels got wet. No wi-fi on the touring part of the site despite it saying it was available. Unable to phone and speak to reception ahead of arrival with queries. Had to use ‘on line’ chat which was very poor from a customer service perspective. Site staff were very friendly though.

喜欢: Rob the warden was really helpful and friendly. Bingo at night was fun. Arcade was priced in line with similar facilities. Food in the restaurant was good. The football cage was well maintained. Campsite was clean and tidy even though there was maintenance work going on for the start of season.
不喜欢: Pitch was a bit boggy but then that's the weather.

喜欢: Large pitches, advantage of water tap at no extra cost, clean and warm amenities, great location close to shops, restaurants and take aways, very quiet and peaceful.
不喜欢: Beware, shower took a long time to warm up and you cannot 'hide' from the freezing water whilst it did! Lovely and warm when it got there and no annoying button that you have to keep pressing.
