Tyckte om: The camping field and facilities are brilliant clean, tidy nice hot showers. The views are breath taking. Ben the Tourers camp fields manager is friendly and always happy to help. The club house entertainment is as expected for a family park the children loved it there. However, can be expensive.

Tyckte inte om: The receptionist at the main reception I found to be very rude. We were their for 3 nights and never got to use the pool. The receptionist said that we had too many of us in our party (9 children 4 adults) she had to think of other families. The receptionist stated that only 34 people were allowed in the pool at one time. Therefore, pre book the day before which we tried to do each day but faced with the same receptionist got refused entry. On headcount of the pool only 9 people were swimming. Our children were upset and ended up having to drive into Bude to use the leisure centre pool. When complaining to campsite manager he stipulated that we could have used the pool, pre book under the different pitch numbers rather than a large group. He bewildered that the receptionist didn't just do this and stated that it will be feedback to her. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Just very disappointed that we booked a site with a pool and never got to use it.

Tyckte om: The grounds were so well kept and clean. Shower blocks immaculate! The maintenance man (with the beard) was very helpful too! A great stay!

Tyckte om: Welcoming staff, well layed out site. Good daytime and evening activities and entertainment. Lovely location only a short walk (30 minutes) from the beach. Facilities were clean and modern. Swimming pool was clean and suitable. Show was well equipped.

Tyckte inte om: Site was hilly, so was slightly inconvenient walking too and from clubhouse & swimming pool with little legs.

Tyckte om: The lovely view and the local town and beaches nearby were lovely experience, also our puppies first time experiencing all of this and he loved it !

Tyckte om: Clean and tidy park well maintained (grounds and toilet blocks, etc). Lovely food and polite staff.

Tyckte om: I traveled on my own with two kids 9 & 2 years old. The location was beautiful although we traveled in April so it was really windy and had rain too. You could see the sea from our pitch. The evening entertainment was really good.

Tyckte inte om: Unfortunately due to the weather the pitches was muddy. But obviously not the sites fault. It’s a really hilly site so as much as it was lovely when you have two kids and wanting to use the laundrette it was a hike up hills to get to and from the laundrette and to the club house. There probably was things to do near by but you would have to use a car as it wasn’t walkable with two kids and one in a push chair.

Tyckte om: The site was clean and tidy the showers were nice and clean. The on site shop was well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Tyckte inte om: We were told upon arrival that we to book 24 hours in advance to use the pool we were only staying one night. The food in the restaurant was very basic. The touring site was water logged and difficult to get the camper van in and out where the grass was the pitches were hardcore but it was so wet couldn’t use the ground sheet.
