Pitches are very tight (at least for a caravan) and some are sloped. We had a premier pitch so I doubt our medium sized caravan would have fitted on anything else. There was electricity (standard plug) and water / waste but neither of the latter were usable due to the connection type / sloping position of the pitch.

Access to the site is difficult and poorly signed; there is only one feasible route (from San Sebastián) but this was not notified.

Staff seemed harassed and not very helpful.

Location close to the city and direct bus to city centre.

A bit cold in the swimmingpool

Good location close to San Sebastian, high up in the mountains just a 25 minute bus ride away from the old town. Tricky, tight mountain roads leading up to the camp site which was nice and lush with good amenities. Great breakfast at the café and a cute little convenience store on-site.

The lots were quite small but nothing major getting into them honestly. However, we were not assigned a premium lot though we had booked one and we never received any wifi password so could not use it. That's pretty bad for an expensive site. We had some loud neighbours late at night (after midnight) in the cabins. Also, the site is quite tricky to get into if you come to it from the north. We ended up blocking traffic in both directions as it is a super tight left turn into the site from the north and we had to do multiple attempts getting in. There was no advise on this when we made the booking, but maybe there is a way to do a 180 turn further up the road so you can come back to it from the south.

When we arrived we were allocated a pitch without electricity at the end of the site. I had to complain to reception who then accepted they had made a mistake and allocated us the pitch we had booked.
The pitches were small and relatively poorly maintained. The site is on a slope and the pitches are on terraces.

Very nice shower area with good hairdryer. Lovely swimming pool restaurant & bar area and shop. Friendly staff. Easy bus to the town outside the campsite. Our pitch was good. Quiet.
