It was a good location close to a bus stop with regular buses to the beach and city centre. The staff were friendly.

The disorganised check in with queuing. Initial allocated pitch was already occupied so had to join the back of the queue again. Allocated a further 2 pitch numbers one of which was already occupied so took the 2nd option. The pitches were small and difficult to drive into with our campervan. The electric hook up was difficult to access due to the hedges between the pitches. Signposting was poor for the service area. The service area was difficult to access and poor.

Facilities very good although pool had closed for the season before we arrived. Great bus service into San Sebastian which was a lovely place to visit for beaches and old town and fantastic Tapas. Staff friendly.

Nice bar, and OK shop on site.

Pitches were all a bit close together and as the whole site is on a hill some of the pitches are a long way from level. Our pitch backed onto the road which could be noisy, although generally quiet overnight, and dogs at neighbouring farm were very yappy.

Did not stay longer enough to like anything.

Very rude staff on reception. Pitches very, very small, on such a slope that the gas and hydraulic levelling system would not work. A mountain goat would struggle on these pitches. Although booked for 2 nights we moved to Camping Zumaia which had friendly and extremely helpful staff, level pitches which excellent facilities.

The restaurant was ok

Very poor. Staff extremely unhelpful the site was completely unsuitable for large caravans.

Reception staff really helpful but, when I paid in full and realised the pitch is too small the reception staff refused a refined. So we had to stay in the touring pitches which was much better. Really nice restaurant excellent value for money. Showers and toilets really good lovely and clean. Bus stop outside a bus every 20 minutes bus number 16, to the city and back to the camp site. I warmed up the site and would stay there again.

Facilities are good and always very clean. Small shop has all the basics. Bus stop just across the road.

Pitches are very sloped and it is difficult to level the motorhome.
Quite a distance from San Sebastian and taxis are expensive.

Tree covered, bus into town very close, good shop, OK restaurant but accepted dogs inside, big bonus, not sure they would do this in peak season.

Very small pitches with almost impossible access unless opposite pitches were unused. Asked to be moved to better pitch which we were but exit was only possible as there were no other vehicles in the opposite pitches. We had an 8M motor home.

Easy bus to Donostia/San Sebastian. Cash/card/pre-purchase card. Great unheated pool. Clean modern facilities.

Tight pitches not all level. Confusing signage on entry (you can park on the seaward side and walk to reception). Lack of hot water and toilet paper.
