I minori di 18 anni possono soggiornare nel campeggio soltanto se accompagnati dai genitori o da una persona autorizzata.- Non si accettano prenotazioni per gruppi/vacanze il cui scopo sia festeggiare addii al celibato o al nubilato.
- I veicoli a doppio asse non sono permessi in questa struttura.
- Le prenotazioni non possono superare le 14 notti consecutive.
- L'accesso è vietato ai veicoli commerciali (ossia i veicoli usati per finalità lavorative, oppure per trasportare merci o passeggeri a pagamento) e ai veicoli recanti scritte o loghi a scopo pubblicitario.
- La reception chiude alle 19:00. Se pensi di arrivare dopo quell'ora, ti preghiamo di contattare la struttura mentre sei in viaggio, in modo che lo staff possa fornirti le informazioni necessarie sulla tua unità.
- Per usufruire del collegamento elettrico è necessario un cavo di almeno 10 metri.
- Non sono ammesse unità più pesanti di 3500 .
- Si consiglia agli ospiti di portare con sé una torcia di buona qualità, poiché alcune zone della struttura non sono illuminate.
- È proibito accendere fiamme libere all'interno delle unità.
- Non sono ammessi fuochi, barbecue e/o bracieri in condizioni di tempo asciutto, ventoso e/o caldo.
- Electricity is metered on site at £0.99 per kWh. A £20 electricity charge deposit will be taken on arrival, £5 of which is non-refundable. Any overages must be paid at check-out or any unused balance will be refunded. Water onsite is metered; there is a limit to how much guests can use, and they may not be able to fill their motorhome water tanks. A breathable groundsheet is required for all tents/awnings/gazebos.

Mi è piaciuto: When I arrived inwas in distress as my camper battery light had come on and there was issues with the altinator bracket had come loose. The man running the site helped without question and fixed it all for me. This meant so much to me as I was anxious about driving it home the next day. The kindness and selfless behaviour has made a mark on my heart and I have recommended the site to all my family and friends. And also most importantly all profits go to their animal rescue centre which is also on site. Thank you so much xxx

Mi è piaciuto: One of my favourite stays. Clean site. Short walk into Dyserth. There is a disused railway walk into Prestatyn. We joined this further down the route going behind the waterfall first. The rustic showers are clean and the water is hot and free flowing. I made a mistake on my booking but this was quickly resolved.

Dal gestore: Part of the campsite 2 was temporary closed as the weather (rain all over the county) was extreme, you had a 4x4 tent with the 2 of you and our pitches are 7m x 12m so a little confused and yes they are allocated pitches for H & S. Thanks for the recommendations to friend and family and the pitch sizes will still be the same should, you visit again and you will be very welcome. We don't have WiFi as most people have their own roaming provider these days. North Wales is a beautiful area and we are on the edge of the Clwyd range of outstanding natural beauty and the views from our site of the surrounding hill is lovely M & Family
