Mi è piaciuto: Beautifully kept campsite. Clean toilets, hot showers and friendly, helpful staff.
Non mi è piaciuto: Some road noise as expected from location but not a problem at night.

Mi è piaciuto: The site was a nice size, not too big, all quite tidy. We were happy with the first impressions.
Non mi è piaciuto: On check in, it was demanded that I showed the confirmation email to prove that I'd paid, which was a bit unexpected. The attitude of the site manger with us and other customers made us feel very uncomfortable, and it felt a relief to leave due to the uncomfortable feeling we had staying there, which is backed up by some of the other reviews here. We heard him shouting at another customer. Seeing the replies to other reviews of the same nature, I'm expecting a response saying that we can stay elsewhere next time, but I personally would not stay on this site again even if we were paid to do so. There were also a lot of handwritten signs in the facilities pointing out our of order equipment - hand dryers weren't working, and the signs looked like they'd been there a while. The checkout time on pitchup says 11:30am, but there are many signs saying that check out must be 11am. I've put 1 star for customer service, but wanted to put 0.

Non mi è piaciuto: Lots of flies and mosquitos affected our evenings. Couldn’t sit outside. Think this was just our pitch location near some water.

Mi è piaciuto: Stunning site with great facilities. The small site shop had everything we needed (shampoo, bbq's treats etc) Owner is a lovely chap and was always about if we needed anything. Toilet and shower block was very spacious and the disabled facilities made it easier to shower my disabled daughter. The pitch size was ample for our needs. Cranberry Moss it was a pleasure to stay.
Non mi è piaciuto: It would seem some campers need to learn some camping etiquette. Walking over peoples pitches (zero excuse for this), kicking footballs into peoples caravans. This was the only annoyance and nothing to do with the site or owner.

Mi è piaciuto: Lovely clean site, pitches all had plenty of space, we had a grass pitch which was well drained the electric supply worked well. We were really pleased to see that there is a one way system for vehicles and the site owner was keen to see people follow this. There is a very short dog walk which is useful. We were glad to find the site has a little shop which was well stocked. Loved the fact that the site has lights at night but they are very discreate so you can enjoy the night sky.
Non mi è piaciuto: We might have missed the recycling, but we didn't see any.
