Liked: Beautiful campsite with very clean and well maintained facilities. Handy campsite shop which stocked the essentials and was very reasonably priced. My 3 year old enjoyed the play area and as a family we were all able to enjoy the activity trail through the woods.
Disliked: The cost of some of the activities.

Camping pod (lake view)
Liked: Comfortable, fun, bigger than it looks, great for the sunset, dark nights, and superbly close to lake (saw lots of fish, ducks, geese and bats) The pods are in a mostly private area but only a short walk to facilities (showers were great / Coopers Creek restaurant / bar very welcoming and good medium priced food). Also great location for Marwell Zoo (which is well worth a visit). Staff mostly very helpful and friendly. A good way to unplug from tech too!
Disliked: One big gripe - the two pods are very close to Portsmouth Road which, when we stayed, had heavy and very noisy traffic most of the time until around midnight...though we were more able to zone it out on the second night (prob as we were worn out from first night!) - that was really the ONLY real negative from us

Liked: Great staff, great campsite with lots to do, decent super clean facilities in easy walking distance from pitches. Local to many day trips of wanting to explore. Pizza oven was exceptional! Electric pitches were well sized, clean and easy to park. Great atmosphere overall with everyone getting on with everyone
Disliked: Large same sex group ruined stay for multiple others staying with late night parting, swearing etc not ideal when with a 5 year old Staff did sort next day quickly and promptly but in my opinion these groups should not be allowed to book and ruin others stay

Liked: Wonderful camp site with luxury cabins and glamping tents for thos who don't want to rough it, with all the amenities one could hope for. Electricity, 2 restuarants, with good food that are not badly priced at all, wonderful spacious & clean ablutions, an extensive activities offer, very neat layout, wonderful friendly staff, beautiful green pitches, attracts nice clientele - we met some good people, very close to #Marwell zoo, in fact walking distance
Disliked: Were'nt staying longer

Liked: Facilities were great. Pooche loved the pond! Nice to have a bar and cafe onsite. Pitches decent size and well kept. Once you negotiate the roads there's a good selection of local pubs to visit. Particularly liked The Fishers Pond - great setting.
Disliked: 10am checkout! Lack of access to footpaths; have to walk roads for a fair distance to reach any footpaths. Returning from south of the Winchester road involves a long detour or hairy hike along a stretch of fast, busy road with no footpath.

Liked: It was all fantastic! Very friendly staff right from when we arrived, through to the soft play/restaurant/barm, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were really good and clean throughout. Loads to do. We enjoyed it so much we've already booked to come back in 3 weeks time. Such a brilliant first caravanning experience for us, our boys had the best time and made plenty of friends to kick a ball around with!
