Liked: A short but sweet stopover at this lovely site! Good clean facilities, nice and quiet, level pitches, lovely owners, and a great location for exploring the area - not that we had the time on this occasion, but we will definitely be back.

Liked: Was a quiet site, no noise from other guests. There was a lovely river/pond. The owners were friendly and made sure we was settled ok and checked that the stay had been good when we left. They explained that they had taken over the site approx 16 months ago and had recently had more toilet blocks added and they are planning on renovating the whole site. The road next to the site is quite busy and can be heard on the site but that did not bother us, although was quite hard to get out on to when we left but thats no fault of the owners or the site.

Liked: Lovely peaceful site and friendly site. Owners have not long taken over site and doing a really good job of redeveloping it. Always available if you need anything. In good walking distance of pubs Cambridge is only a few miles away. We will certainly look at going again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Power optional grass and gravel site
Liked: Nice friendly owners, had to text late on a Saturday night as our electric went off. Came out in the pouring rain within ten minutes and sorted things out for us. Great location for heading into Cambridge or Royston. Spotless toilets and shower block. Grass was nicely mown prior to our arrival, would highly recommend to others.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: We had alot of space as we were alone the first night, daughter enjoyed running around the fields and spotting the duck.
Disliked: The toilet/shower block is old and to be recently renewed however it is almost unacceptable. The womens shower didn’t work, the mens urinal should be signed out of order as was broken and the urine goes into an open bucket below. Understandably the block is to be renewed and the owners are new waiting for planning permission but that doesn’t mean neglecting cleanliness. The whole block was covered in thick cobwebs, damp and mould. Posters hung faded from over 10 years ago. I would not come again as it was almost an insult to stay in such conditions with a baby and small child.
