Liked: The pitch was quite level and it was easy to push the pegs in. The toilets & showers were clean enough, and the shower worked well instantly. The pub itself was very friendly and the food was fine too.
Disliked: Regarding the pub food, I would have liked a vegetable side dish, such as mutter paneer.

Liked: Beautiful place to visit, scenery is spectacular lots of walks/hikes and a lovely town and park further up the road, toilets and showers were basic and ok.
Disliked: Quite small, no one around to greet or tell us where to go, no way to communicate with anyone, no one answering phones or emails, so left to it! Pub wasn't open the whole time even on a Tuesday? Toilet roll ran outnin the toilets so luckily had our own.... The pitch was boggy and muddy and swampy in places because of the weather...which night know can't really be helped. Sorry for moaning but its the truth, whether it was the time we went or its just how it is, its a shame and has alot of potential, and is a beautiful spot, and considering it all it wasn't that cheap really. Liked: Not a lot really apart from the area of the Malvern Hills. Camp site was small which was good.
Disliked: Campsite needed the grass cut, it was calf length in places. The trees and bushes need cutting back. Brambles hanging down where you get the water. Grass so long couldn't see pitch numbers. Toilets and showers are a disgrace. Locks broken not cleaned at all during our stay and probably not done properly for weeks. The showers were disgusting tiles filthy no ventilation therefore mould on ceiling. Need tipping out a complete refurb. As for the electrics the pat testing was last done in 2012. The hair dryer cable was split and dangerous. Someone got an electric shock from the pitch electrics. They didn't even get their tent up and left. The waste are and washing up area were the same disgusting. The photos on here must have been taken a long time ago this is not a true reflection on the site. Pitchup needs to take this place off their website. There are too many complaints. I have read and saying they have had problems with cleaners and is now sorted is wrong. If you have problems with cleaners do it themselves. But there has been no cleaning done. The path around the site and to get to the facilities are very uneven large deep potholes. No lights are night. Could not get a wheelchair chair around site.
