Liked: A lot there to keep children entertained, particularly the working farm. My son loved the cows. Staff were lovely and great vibe on the campsite. Toilets were very clean.
Disliked: Notices around to advise to keep noise to a minimum from 11pm but there was a large group next to us playing music, singing and shouting until 2am. Not great for people with a young child if the rules aren't actually enforced.

Liked: A very nice place where, even though it is very quiet, you don't have to limit yourself. Great and friendly owner, a good base for hiking. Being able to take the kids to the farm is great option .
Disliked: Too few showers and toilets. It would be possible to have additional blocks with showers and toilets in each separate area. There are no waste bins placed around the designated areas.

Liked: Great location, easy to get to. Access to local walks. The camp site was not over crowded when we stayed over May Bank Holiday. Nice atmosphere, everyone was friendly. Toilet block was clean, small shop onsite.

Liked: Location was great to access Lathkill dale and an hour walk from Bakewell. New toilet blocks are very nice and the views were amazing.
Disliked: The shop wasn't open at all whilst we were there, although, it was midweek to be fair.

Liked: Excellent location, short walk to Lathkill dale and near Bakewell. Great new toilet block at the top of the field. Grass is kept short enough and the soil is great for pegs. Plenty of space.

Disliked: Why doesn’t the new toilet block have showers? Long walk to showers, limited space in there and nowhere to sit and dry your feet. Limited washing up facilities.
