Grab your walking boots, your fishing kit and your dog and get set for some relaxing time in the Derbyshire Dales at Blackbrook Lodge Camping and Caravanning, between the villages of Turnditch and Brailsford. This 12-acre site is well placed for walks and other outdoor activities – the edge of the Peak District National Park is about 20 minutes’ drive away, you can pick up the traffic-free Tissington Trail about 15 minutes away and there’s a good collection of watersports to be had at Carsington Water, 10 minutes away. And the fishing? Well, that’s right there where you’re staying – this site has both a main fishing lake and two ponds filled with carp for lazy days by the water. Away from the ponds, the main camping field is set back from the road and has space for kids to run around freely. Other facilities on site include a small shop for essentials, a washing-up area, toilets and hot showers that are available 24 hours a day. There are several pubs and restaurants within 10 minutes’ drive to keep the tribe fed, or you’re welcome to bring along a barbecue. If you go for the latter option, there’s a farm shop about 10 minutes’ drive away for delicious local goodies, and it’s the same distance to a supermarket for any other essentials. Please note that chocks or levellers may be needed.

Em va agradar: We stayed for a few night as our first solo camping trip. The owners were friendly and happy to help. The site was quiet and the views in the bottom field were lovely. The shop was very handy if needed, and the fire pit hire was a great addition to our stay. The toilets were clean, much nicer than the camping toilets we are used to, so have no complaints in that department! We followed both the suggested local walks you can ask for as written on the board outside the shop. Would very happily visit again, and we hope to in the future. Thank you!

No em va agradar: We left a day early as we booked an extra night a few weeks before our stay. I wanted to do a bit of fishing but never got the chance. If you like quite time then this isnt the place to stay it was like being at a rave all night. The toilets and showers where not very clean. Wouldn't recommend this site. We will be sticking to the camc from now on.they need to police the noise and the site more it was like a jungle atmosphere where people thought they could do what they like.

Del gerent: We are sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay. We do police our site, the music was not on site but from a three day festival in derby. The amenities are cleaned at least three times a day and when needed. I spoke to your wife this morning and she was happy with the stay and had no complaints. We live on site and our numbers are given to everyone if there are any issues and we will insure any problems are dealt with immediately.

Em va agradar: Freedom of site. Staff were very helpful and easy going. We used there fire pit at no extra cost. Lovely fishing pond. Let us stay for a few hours longer after check out time.

No em va agradar: Toilet and shower block could do with an upgrade. Hard standing pitch wasn’t level.

There are so many great spot to choose from in the Peak District National Park – perhaps you’d like to go for a family bike ride on the Tissington Trail from Ashbourne (15 minutes’ drive), hop across the stepping stones at Dovedale (25 minutes) or finish up a hike by sampling the traditional puddings in Bakewell (35 minutes)? A visit to the Chatsworth Estate (40 minutes) is a must – for the farm shop, adventure playground and farmyard as much as the house and gardens themselves – and the nearby Kedleston Hall National Trust estate (10 minutes) is another spot that’s worth a visit. For more ideas to keep the kids happy, try the watersports and bike rides at Carsington Water (10 minutes), days out at Gulliver’s Kingdom family theme park (20 minutes) or a cable car ride with splendid views at Heights of Abraham (20 minutes).

La unitat ha de quedar neta i ordenada. En cas contrari, haureu de pagar un suplement de neteja de 50,00 £ (55,78 €) quan marxeu.

Arribades i sortides

Les arribades tardanes s'han de notificar al càmping al més aviat possible. La vostra reserva queda garantida durant 24 hores. Un cop passat aquest temps, la direcció es reserva el dret de rellogar la vostra unitat.
Les parcel·les o els allotjaments s'assignaran en arribar al càmping.
No s'ofereixen reembossaments/descomptes per les inclemències metereològiques, les arribades tardanes ni les sortides anticipades.

Els llacs de pesca estan proveïts de Carp.
En cas que tingueu alguna queixa, parleu amb recepció de seguida. Aquelles queixes que no hagueu presentat a l'administració durant la vostra estada no es podran resoldre un cop hagueu marxat del càmping.
La direcció es reserva el dret de refusar l'accés o posar fi a l'estada d'aquells hostes que presentin un comportament inapropiat. En tal cas, no s'oferirà cap reembossament.
S'ha de respectar el silenci absolut entre les 22:00 i les 7:00.
