This was our second stay at Umberslade farm and it didn't disappoint. The first time we stayed we were the only campers so didn't need to worry about the showers (there are only two shower rooms). Although there were more guests this time, we didn't have to wait long to use any facilities and they were kept nice and clean.

We bought food at the cafe and pizzeria during our stay, both places had very friendly staff and delicious food.

Our younger son enjoyed the play area and visiting the animals, the teenagers in our group enjoyed visiting the animals and going for walks in the woods.

Absolutely amazing place! So quiet and peaceful even having a fantastic Children’s area which is screened off.
No reception on site but received full arrival details via text message. Great walk and bike tracks and centre of the village only a short walk. Entrance to the estate is breathtaking.
Benefit having a pizza barn on site and a coffee shop.

Nothing really

Nice location. Toilets and shower facilities were clean. Only 2 showers, which may be too few during busy periods. But while we were there in mid June it was no issue at all.

Lovely sunset and walking areas. Adored the animals. Field was a great tenting spot and had so much room. We enjoyed our music and grilled with no problems. Will return. Food and activities on site and near by.

Couldn’t find the showers but was prepared not to.

Lovely surroundings with plenty of room to pitch up! Fantastic facilities ie toilets, washing up, coffee shop, pizza barn, goats etc.. and friendly site management & shop staff ❤️

Great communication from the site before camping explaining where to find the toilets and areas on site when you arrive. The site was very clean and quiet. Other campers were respectful to others around them, the toilets and showers were cleaned regularly and spotless. Nice little park and small farmyard where smaller children can play and burn off some energy.

The shower facilities could have been labelled as it was difficult to find them.

Idyllic spot and loved the pizzeria and café. Toilets and showers very clean. Good communication re codes etc the day before.

Only two shower cubicles - just not enough. Couldn't find drinking water, ie nothing was labelled as drinking so we didn't risk it. As new campers we would have appreciated someone on site but there was no one about. A bit expensive for the facilities on offer. Be warned no WiFi apart from café area but mobile signal ok
