Staff are very helpful nothing is to much trouble they even jump started my friends car.
The new toilet block is just AMAZING and the other The facilitin that new built area are all just as stunning.

So I hate to be that person but I feel you should be honest........as I've said the new toilets are WOW but the shower only runs for 5 seconds!!! That's just silly you have to basically stand there trying to wash etc with one hand as the other has to be Constantly press in the button.
Only other thing is the WiFi they do offer WiFi at a cost and I think that should be something ppl are awere of at time of booking as it looks like somthing inculed in the price, BUT also the fact that it only.covers some areas of the campsite not all pitches receive this wifi but yet they will take the money for it so be careful before you pay this check it will "reach" to your pitch.

Lovely site, very clean and well cared for. The toilet block closest to us was the best we have ever seen and lots of space and hot clean showers. Nice heated pool, games room, shop and bar area. Good location close to lots of lovely beaches.

Such an amazing site, this was our second year staying here. The facilities are first class especially the new block of toilets but we used only the old block the first year we stayed and didn’t feel like we were missing out! There doesn’t seem to be a bad pitch on this site and they space you out really well. The pool was nice and clean and the shop well stocked with anything you could need

We took two dogs and there were tie up points where you need them a warm dog wash and a really good exercise field at the top of the campsite which is very useful for the last walk before bed

Location is great and although you have to take the car everywhere it’s wasn’t an issue for us, watergate bay is only 10 minutes away and Newquay 15, lots to do within 30 mins of the campsite cardinham woods and lanhydrock house are our favourites

The whole campsite looks lovely and is kept so clean. Modern showers and washing up facilities accessible day and night. Family bathrooms, washing machines and driers available.
Shop, cafe, pub, game room, swimming pool you name it it's all there.
I stayed with dog and there is walking area and play field for dogs available, also dogs showers which are so handy after a day on the beach!
Short drive to local shops.
Absolutely loved my stay there ans will be coming back for more!!

What an excellent site. One of the best sites we have stayed at in 25 years of touring. First welcome was the entrance with the flowers wow what a beautiful display. Pitches were of a great standard hedged and huge. Toilet facilities the best ever seen on a site. Catered for everyone. Lovely staff friendly and good shop with everything you could need. Young lady in shop so friendly and knowledgeable about the area and beaches to visit. Although no children with us excellent site for families great play area and swimming pool. Food from the cafe hit the spot and not over priced. Would recommend highly for visit

We upgraded our stay to one of the parks shepherd's huts. Beautiful and spacious with an everything you need minus a tv. Heated pool which was nice, it was warm enough to enjoy a swim.

Noise of the local airport, bo getting away from it they are noisy. The bar facilities only open in the Easter and summer holidays not all year round which was very disappointing as there are no local pubs to walk to. Site shop open 9-11am so if you need anything last minute these are you only times.

Wow what can I say! A beautiful location with stunning grounds, full of colour even in June. The park boasts facilities of the highest quality and the owners have an eye for detail and the little things. We were fortunate to be able to visit outside the busy season as we home school our children so we had almost exclusive use to the pool, games room, adventure playground and the beautiful nature reserve complete with man made pond brimming with nature.

Friendly staff, excellent facilities and gorgeous location just ten minutes or so from Newquay and just a short drive to so many attractions!

Nothing to dislike though it was a shame that the bar and cafe don’t open until July, but understandable.

The facilities were fabulous. Toilets/showers were super modern and clean, the family bathrooms make it so much easier. The pool was great but a little chilly. The cafe is absolutely superb, the staff are so friendly and the food fantastic.

Only slight gripe was the temperature of the outdoor pool. Nothing major.

Everything. There was absolutely nothing I could complain about - highly recommend this clean and meticulously well run site for anyone. It’s so close to Newquay you can even get a dominos delivered… but the cafe is just as good, and we’ll priced.

The 10am pack up time isn’t great if you’ve got a LOT of stuff to put away.
