Loved the facilities, shower block and toilets were consistently clean, the pool was lovely and being heated was a real bonus, the children's play area was enjoyed very much by my 3 year old son with lots for him to play with and the bar and quiz night was fun (cos we won). The onsite shop was well stocked, if a little overpriced but we didn't have a problem paying a little extra for the convenience. One morning a woman arrived with a bread van and was selling fresh bread and cakes outside the shop, lovely touch and amazing sour dough. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful.

Only gripe was the onsite cafe/restaurant. We only used it one morning for breakfast and the descriptions of the food on the menu were a little different to what you got. Campfire beans was basically a tin of baked beans, nothing special. My son's children's breakfast was huge and was actually not much smaller than the full English for a fraction of the price and two coffees were served in one cafetiere that was clearly for one cup. When we asked for the other coffee and we were told they can top up the pot when we needed to which no extra coffee was added only hot water, leaving a rather watery coffee.

We didn’t have a dog but they have showers for pets and little babies and a lot of walking areas as well.

This campsite honestly shocked me! It was amazing!!
The toilet and shower areas were so fab, they were individual cubicals containing and shower and a toilet in one which I really loved.
They also had family bathrooms with a newborn baby bath, a Toddler bath and family shower rooms which I thought was fantastic and my 2 year old had a bath every night after the beach!
The cafe/ restaurant was brilliant, fantastic if you can’t be bothered to cook yourself a few nights and it was tasty food! They have themed nights which. We tried the Mexican night and it was great!
The shop is well stocked and has lots of camping bits to choose from.
The swimming pool was nice, a little bit cold but we still enjoyed it.

They have different nights at the surfers bar karaoke, Bingo, quiz etc.
we played bingo lots whilst we were there and loved it!
The on site park was brilliant too!
We also loved the big pitches.

There was also a little bakery van that appeared outside the shop some days. It was amazing!! We had it twice and it was delicious!! The vanilla buns are something else!

This site was amazing and we will deffo be coming back for many years to come! We loved it so much - one of the best we’ve ever stayed on.

The only thing I would say is maybe the toilet roll holders in the main toilet block could be changed to better ones? Quite often if people pull the roll out too quickly the toilet roll gets stuck in the holders and there is none ready until it is sorted out by a staff member.
Quite a few times I would get to the toilets and there would be no paper as it was stuck inside the holder.
Probably the young children when they use the toilet.
That’s my only comment.

I've camped at a few sites around the UK and the shower and toilet block here were 5 stars 🌟 my kids are 14 but absolutely loved jumping into the pool after a day trip while we chilled out at camp. Also loved the lady in the van in the morning selling pastries. The almond croissants were also 5 stars 🌟 we will definitely be back.

There really was nothing to complain about even though one night the wind hit hard and at 3am I was hanging on to my guide ropes whilst tent caving in on one side, not the kids or my partner woke up to help me. I still don't know how they slept through half a tent collapsed on their face whilst sleeping 😴 🤣 everything was great and the staff are super happy and helpful 👍

A great site. So clean. Also all the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, lovely to speak to and it gave a very family oriented vibe. The very very helpful. I requested a more accessible pitch due to mobility issues and they honoured that with dignity. I couldn’t fault the place. Lots of space, but privacy felt good in the way the pitches were laid out. Very neat and tidy site. The toilet block was brand new, always clean, hot powerful showers. Good facilities for kids and the pool was lovely. Would definitely go back

Treloy is the best campsite we've ever stayed at. The facilities were brilliant, clean and smart. The kids were so happy here! Which in return made us very happy! The staff were so incredibly friendly, welcoming and super accommodating. We can't wait to come back for many more years!
