It was quirky, fun and done with love. I needed to sleep, and everyone on the site was quiet pretty early so obviously a nice crowd in!

A shower wouldn’t spoil the rustic charm! After a long day on the bike, you need to get clean, and the £20 fee is a bit of a joke for just a tap!

The weather was beautiful. The site was very pretty.

Pitch up are not up to date or the site has decided not to tell pitch up the true facts. Firstly we had to pay an extra £6 because we weren’t in a pop up tent. My pitch up receipt said unlimited pitch. Then they wanted another £6 for my car. I complained and showed them my pitch up receipt email. They then waive the extra £6. Hence I had paid £24 for a night of basic wild camping.

Great set up, very helpful host who accommodated our change in pitch. Great walk along the canal.

Quirkiness of the site. Friendly staff. Food van with delicious burgers. Bar was well priced. Very sociable with the sofas scattered around and optional fire pits. Great live music on the Saturday night which we hadn’t expected. Lovely atmosphere and setting with the canal running down one side.

Not disliked as knew before we arrived but no shower facilities which would make this a perfect site.

Great welcome, everything exactly as described, but better. Loved the whole Farm/Festival feel of the place with Hook Norton beers and high quality pork products. It takes a lot of effort for everything to feel so laid back and friendly and everyone working there did that in spades
