Great reception, greeting and staff, great pitches, super washrooms with separate suites. Lovely clean, neat and tidy site which is well looked after. Had a wonderful break.

WiFi not so good and pre mixed shower could be a degree or two warmer.

The heating wasn't on in the bathrooms due to it being quite on the pitch so we didn't want to shower because it was so cold.

Staff were not their usual self's this time, found them abrupt, banging on our window quite loud scaring our dog, we stayed there because I have been told I have cancer and wanted a quite week which the staff new of, this shocked us as we have stayed before, WiFi very poor and TV signal

Well laid out site. The communal facilities were excellent and spotlessly clean. I liked that the shower rooms had a toilet and sink in each 'pod'. Pauline was very helpful and friendly as it was my first visit to the site. Each pitch whilst you see other vehicles feels like it has space.

More as advisory - a poor phone signal on site and wifi

This mature, well-landscaped site is so well thought out that the camping chores are a breeze and there is plenty of time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hard-working wardens are super-friendly and helpful and make the time and effort to ensure the comfort of their guests, without being obtrusive. The facilities are well considered and absolutely spotlessly clean. The weather wasn't too kind for much of our stay but the excellent facilities meant that we still had a great break. The clean, private bathrooms were most welcome after a day's wet walking! The site has a few thoughtful touches like a short enclosed, landscaped dogwalk; great for morning and bedtime wees (for the dog!) The information shed is also very useful. I'd love to have accessed the walk routes online prior to our trip. I'd definitely have printed some off which might save the wardens a job and a bit of ink and paper! Perhaps they could be added to the website?
In summary, a beautiful, friendly, thoughtfully planned site. We would recommend and return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not a dislike exactly as the piped music in the loos is a nice touch, however the same tune looped became a bit of an earworm...we both left the site humming it! 😆

Great site, peaceful, fabulous amenities, particularly liked the ensuite bathrooms. Friendly and informative welcome from the Warden, perfect location for exploring the surrounding forest and woodland, nice dog walk on site. Will definitely be returning to this tranquil site.
