We are surprised that you found an unpleasant smell in the club house toilets and sorry if you felt this affected your experience. Our facilities team work continuously through the day to keep on top of cleanliness in our toilets. We also appreciate your feedback on the pool closures during lunch, although this allows us to remain within guidelines on the wellbeing of our lifeguards.
