The pools were lovely both indoor and outdoor and the entertainment complex was good. Staff were lovely and very helpful, a really relaxed site . We pitched near the top of te site near the entrance to the beach walk, which was perfect for us. Further from the main complex but with plenty for older children and a bar close by. Would definitely go again.
不喜欢： Only downside would be that more facilities would be good as there were not many toilet blocks or showers.

Inconsiderate guests blaring drum and bass music at 8am in the morning and past midnight. Not obiding by the noise rules. I felt extremely sorry for those with young children. My boy aged 8 thankfully slept through it! Did contact reception - music eventually stopped.
Cops field - toilet block. Toilets seats ridiculously high off the ground and sink taps explosive. You will always get wet washing your hand or doing your teeth! Little ones struggled to use the loos!
If it's a hot day - good luck booking the outside pool! Booking system could be alot better.
Park wrist bands - who wants to wear a wrist band constantly when camping and having days out to the beach ect. A wrist band that can be taken off when needed would be better. Not one that you have to cut off to remove. My children didn't want to wear them. No one checked either - bit pointless!We camp every year and Lady's Mile was a new place for us to visit. Overall our holiday was great we had lots of days out off the camp site, unfortunately we won't be returning to Lady's Mile holiday park it just wasn't for us. Don't get me wrong we spoke to guest who always return and absolutely love it. Personal preference.

不喜欢： on bank holiday weekend the receptionwas closed. The security guy wasn`t nice at all. There were many people with 2 cars(campervans) on one pitch, but we were allowed only one car . Cost us 1 hour running up and down with our belongs really unnecessary and big disappointed

The reception is open from 8.00am until 7.00pm on a Monday throughout the summer. This is when our security team take over for park patrols, assistance and support for our guests. Sorry you did not find the security personnel suitable to assist you.
Our Grounds Team visit each pitch early morning to check on car registrations and ensure everyone is where they should be. Any discrepancies are reported back to the reception where they will contact the guest to remove additional cars etc. We do our best to manage situations like this and apologise for your experience.

But other than this the pitches were great. The facilities were very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain about.
