Beautiful clean toilet and shower facilities, very well kept site, in a lovely location with lots of lovely walks. Staff were friendly, nice and local to Stratford-upon-Avon

Our pitch was tiny. So if you stay ask to not have the pitches on the side of field backing onto the Residential Seniors homes. Other Pitches in the centre and to the rear were fine.

Very welcoming site wardens on arrival, very clean and tidy shower block and washing up area.

Everything you want in a campsite. Clean, well laid out and well organised with the most welcoming and friendly staff we've encountered in 20+ years of motor-homing.
Great location and easy to find with convenient, public transport. Would definitely
recommend.
Like the idea of having a pitch allocated prior to arrival and the assisted parking. Great service.

Location to Stratford and other surrounding attractions.

I booked a non electric pitch at first by mistake. And had paid a deposit. I then booked the electric pitch and paid another deposit. I called immediately to let them know, so as not to keep the pitch from another camper.
We were told "the boss" had taken the call and not passed on the information. So no refund of our first deposit. You will happily be charged for an awning you can't use. The pitches are awful. So unlevel and some on a steep grass slope. Way to steep to pitch comfortably on. Even the hard standing pitches are poor and uneven. Negatives far outway the positives here. We only stayed because we had driven that far and other surounding sites were full. Never again and would absolutely not recommend.

Location was good for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, wich was our main purpose. Staff friendly and helpful. Facilities for waste very good. Shower and toilets spotless although we used our own. We needed help to pitch our van and the guy was very helpful and taught us a thing or two. Tv reception was very good also WiFi very good too.

Unfortunately this site is not for us. Pitches are un level , to the piont off the site providing bricks to put under the legs to help level your tourer out. As we only stayed 3 nights we did not take our awning. Thankfully we hadn't. It would have been useless on such a sloping pitch. There was no information on the website giving you the heads up on the very sloping pitches. We're relatively new to caravaning and found this to much of a hassle and stressful. Quite frankly it was ridiculous.
Also disappointed the shop was not open at a time we needed to use it. Even though according to the times on the door it was suppose to be. A niggle for us. We all have our different things we prefer from a site. So this may not phase you. I'm sure many campers are very happy at dodwell Park. For us , we would not return or recommend.

Helpful staff, warm toilet block, bus route to Stratford town centre.
