Super friendly welcome and stay. Lovely setting with pitch in the old walled garden. Very nice modern and clean toilet block. Great walk along the river to Doune, and excellent breakfast a short walk away at The Smiddy.

The caravan park is beautiful, we pitched next to the kids play park because we got to choose our pitch, the play area is brilliant for the kids, our grandson was out the door in a flash making friends and having the best time on the adventure park there’s a fort and if you climb it you can see a castle ( bring binoculars)
The toilet/ shower block was immaculate, wash up area and washing machines.
FREE WiFi and it’s brilliant no problem accessing it, there’s TV Ariel’s so bring a long extension.
We purchased tickets to Blair Drummond Safari park and visited not once but twice ( after l managed to prize my grandson away from from the play area, he didn’t want to leave his new friends) you get multiple access with your purchase another bonus and it’s only 1mile along the road.
Smiddys farm shop is close by and the produce is amazing everything you need

Nothing to dislike here

The pitches were large, flat and well spaced inside the gorgeous and peaceful walled garden. The surrounding woodland and estate was stunning and full of beautiful plants, trees and many species of bird. We saw a red squirrel close up on the "Long Walk", which we highly recommend. Fresh milkshakes from the Smiddy farm shop are great.

Beautiful site, very friendly staff and very helpful, facilities very good and clean, it was peaceful on a evening. Went to safari park which was excellent and the multi entry ticket meant we could go when we wanted over the few days we were there. Smiddys is a lovely farm shop to visit, we also visited Doune Castle and the kelpies.Would definitely recommend the caravan site
