Un boredom is not un option at Camping des Hautes Grées in Brittany's Côtes-d'Armor… For starters, it's 400 metres from the white sands, clear sea and adrenalised watersports of a first-rate Brittany beach at which to try scuba diving, sailing, fishing and kayaking – and if that just isn't enough activity for you, a fair bit to do is around on site too.
This family-friendly site has facilities set up for all ages, like a heated pool to splash in, a sauna to bask at, and activities galore arranged by the friendly team all summer: makeup sessions, drawing and painting, board game sessions and treasure hunts for the kids, and pétanque tournaments, bingo, disco and karaoke nights for the grownups, along with twice-weekly aqua gym sessions led by a qualified instructor.
Des Hautes Grées also has a TV room and a play area to further keep the kids out of mischief, while – more excellent opportunities for lounging around – a bar with takeaway service is open in high season.

The Brittany coast is pretty special regardless of which part of it you're pitched up at: a stay at Camping Des Hautes Grées will have you a short walk from a white sandy beach and close to the other beaut beaches of Erquy's – all nine of them.
You'll also be a mere four kilometres from very fab Cap Erquy, with its spectacular views over Erquy Bay and the twelfth century chapel Chapelle Saint-Michel, and three from the splendidly pink sandstone Château de Bienassis, a national historical monument where guided tours are available from mid-June to mid-September.
The fab and famed old city of Saint-Malo and its walls are other popular highlights on the Brittany coast: wander its walls and then its cobbled streets to find seafood and Breton cider in one of its many pubs and restaurants.
