喜欢 Good location, lovely hosts, quaint and unique facilities, good choice of pitches, covered patio/ eating area, free use of fire pits (wood chargeable), honesty shop is really well stocked

不喜欢 It’s not really a dislike as it worked for us but the campsite is extremely quiet (no music which is clearly advertised before you book) but it is a quiet and early to bed site x also showers were super powerful but minor. We will come back as it’s genuinely lovely

喜欢 Very peaceful site. No music allowed. Lovely shower and washing facilities.

Honesty shop. No electric on pitches however a toaster, microwave, hairdryer etc available in a quirky, fun 'cabin'.

Undercover seating area with tables to sit and eat or drink. Fire pits to hire.

The Duck pub just a walk over the field.

Tina and her husband very helpful.

不喜欢 The site has hedges and trees around it which is great for wind protection and some shade depending on you're pitched. We missed having a view after a while.

喜欢 Very easy check-in, well-laid out campsite, amazing facilities - great warm showers, two sinks for washing up, a kettle! Loads of stuff to buy if you forgot anything. No kids :)

喜欢 Great location, great facilities, flat pitches, dog friendly, camp fires and a warm welcome on arrival. Plus a dog friendly pub and cafe down the road in the village with small friendly shop for essentials .
Top campsite well worth a visit.

不喜欢 Nothing to dislike best campsite we have visited so far on our campervan travels.

喜欢 The site is located in a beautiful meadow. It was so relaxing and peaceful.
Friendly welcome to the site by the owners who show us around.
The pitches are well spaced out.
The honesty shop and communal facilities like the kitchen and undercover social area are brilliant.
Highly recommend this site.

喜欢 Great facilities. Clean and well maintained toilets and showers. Well equipped kitchen with even a toaster and microwave available for use. I useful and well stocked honesty shop. Pitches are large. Site surrounded by high hedges to keep the wind at bay. We will certainly be back.

不喜欢 A little my more expensive than similar sites, but many nice touches.

喜欢 The time and care that has gone into giving the communal facilities a warm and welcoming feel was very apparent. Loved those pictures of VW camper vans :-). A toaster, hair drier, fridge, coffee machine, etc, all facilities you wouldn’t expect at a budget hotel let alone a campsite. It is clear that the proprietors understand the needs and challenges of camping out and have done a great job in providing a homely and welcoming environment.
Appreciated the large sized plot.
Signage in and around the site was also much appreciated (particularly the arrows to the village pub and shop).
Very much liked the “no music” policy.
