Waterloo Farm Leisure is a rural retreat hidden in the great British countryside on the border between Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. Established in 2006 and family-run, we pride ourselves in offering the highest standards of care to all our guests. Our picturesque resort is comprised of several different aspects, we know we have something on site that will be perfect just for you. We have a beautifully quaint and classically decorated Tearoom with conservatory and outdoor seating area. The Tearoom serves breakfast and lunch every day and is the central hub of activity on site. If you need to know anything, this is where you'll be able to find out. Our accommodation consists of two Norwegian Log Cabins, that are completely self-catered, for those who are looking to cut off from the outside world whilst staying. We have three separate caravan sites, tailored for families, adults and anglers alike! The three sites are carefully set out and also hidden away for that extra peace and quiet you might be looking for when you are visiting. We have great dog walking routes and so many lovely countryside trails to follow, if you like the outdoors and beautiful countryside, but also like the warmth of a unique, friendly little town then this is the place to be! At Waterloo Farm Leisure you'll always receive a warm welcome from us, so why not come and treat yourself to the peace and tranquillity of the countryside!

We have a direct link onto the track, which you can stroll down into Market Harborough town centre or hike to the next large town (Northampton). It's very flat, well maintained and full of history and life!
