Great stay, pitch was an excellent size close to water access and shower block. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant location, will most definitely be returning 😊

The amount of space we had was really good. I’d say the shower block/toilet and small cleaning room for your pots was one of the better ones iv stayed at. Entertainment passes too was a good surprise. £50 for a family of 5 is exceptional value.

Toilet and wash facilities clean. Pitch well maintained. Pool, park and club really good. Entertainment was good, especially Stripey Heather and Stripey Jade, our girl absolutely adored them.

Pitch was slightly sloped, can't really be helped though.
Lights in the men's toilets had sensors which turned off and plunged you into darkness quite regularly!

Location was perfect awesome and friendly staff
Club house was fairly priced drinks and food the pitch was clean and tidy and well maintained toilets and shower facility were great and very clean

Going to main reception, then directed to touring reception only to find a note on door saying go to main reception!

Stayed at this site quite a few times now and it is lovely. There is now a new shower block with fast hot water when showering. Views are amazing. The club house entertainment on an evening is great for all the family.

Swimming pool was broken one morning which I had booked and waited around for my slot to only be told when I got there, would have preferred email correspondence to let me know or for them to cancel the booking on their booking system so I wouldn’t have waited around.

Facilities were clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Entertainment was great. Overall we had a great time and would likely visit again but probably not in a tent.

Although facilities were clean, we were quite a distance from them and had we known this we would have tried to request being closer. Also weren't really made aware of how steep of a hill the site was on.

Friendly, helpful staff. The swimming pool was lovely, showers and toilets always clean and tidy
