Loved the campsite and the staff were lovely and helpful. I liked where i was camped even though it was on a slight slope but i adapted. Ive been camping for a lot of years but this year i was camping solo, although i was nervous at first, i felt completely safe!

Club house entertainment and the food was good

The roads were in an awful state holes everywhere and crumbling away.

Lovely site, all amenities provided (shower, toilets, laundrette ) very clean. Club house was enjoyable and very dog friendly. Lovely and helpful staff. Highly recommend for any ages

The park location was great and the views from the campsite were lovely

Arrived on park at 12 to be told we were on Finch 10 but the electric was not working so we would need to plug into Finch 11 as an electrician was fixing it. Went down to pitch to find another tent already there went back to warden who walked down with me and entered tent to see if abandoned as persons stuff was all there the warden went back to call them. We were offered Finch 13 but we wanted Finch 10 as it was a corner pitch protected by trees. The guy then drove in so warden went to see him he said he had booked another night and that it would take an hour to take the tent down we were then offered pitch behind Safari tents that is an emergency pitch for issues like this however this still meant we lost an hour.
Was also told that only one shower block as other one is waiting on water pump. Not good considering it's the start of the season.

First night went to ladies toilets at 9.30pm no lights and at 5.00am still no lights mentioned to warden she said it had been looked into day before and sensors adjusted and that they would look again

Swimming Saturday 3pm - we went to the pool to take our baby swimming as it was advertised as heated on getting to the pool another guest told us it was cold we tried taking baby in but he went blue straight away and I couldn't swim in it either. I went to reception to ask what temperature pool should be and they said the boiler has just broken and an engineer was going to get a part to fix it. They said it should be 28 degrees and it was only 2 degrees less as they had just checked it however there is no way this could be correct as the water was stone cold. The lady at reception was very short with me and when I asked why there was no sign up warning of issue she said it was because it had just happened again this could not be true as water would not be stone cold. She said lifeguard had been told to warn people from now.

Sunday At 2.30am lights in ladies toilets still not working at night.

Evening entertainment was amazing. We took a wake from the weather in our tent but we made it enjoyable and stayed the whole holiday

Fab entertainment! Kids thoroughly enjoyed it, as did us adults!

The weather!!!

Really liked the friendly vibe from all staff and from Trixies Mini disco. Wish the weather had been better for camping so we could have enjoyed it for longer.

Disappointed that the toilet block near us after one day of using was made out of order.

The view was amazing, facilitates were nice and clean.

The swimming pool could have been a little warmer.
Tent site was on a slope so difficult to sleep as kept sliding down.

the indoor pool was very very cold

This was our second stay, and we love coming here, it is very well organised, lovely pitches and very friendly staff.
