Takeaway food option (although most things come with chips)

Closing of the main toilet block from 7.30pm to 9am, this left 3 toilets and 3 showers for goodness knows how many people!
Nothing to clean shower floor before or after a shower in the main block.
Book an hour slot in the swimming pool only to be told to leave after 45 minutes.

From the beginning of the experience Ben who manages the tents and touring section ensured we were accommodated and made us feel welcome immediately, the facilities were open all hours which made this very accessible with a young child. Martin who lifeguard the pool on our swim ensured to offer a safe environment and was courteous.

Children’s entertainment was not appropriate and seemed very outdated. Was not tailored to children with needs or age appropriate. However was bearable just repetitive. I feel more refreshing activities could have been done to entertain the children

Views, beach and staff

On a hill, only use swimming pool for 1 hr have to book on an app. Gets booked up fast. Shop costs to much on site make sure you take what you need don't use shop unless you really have to. Did I say hills! Walking back up from club house,swimming,park,crazy golf.

Lovely site, good location. Staff lovely apart from the "life guard". Long walk to the toilets and only 3 open in the evening.

The location was good

The main toilet and shower block did not open until 9am and was closed by 7.30pm, leaving on a small block of 3 toilets and showers, toilet rolls and water would run out. Also had to queue. Cannot understand this on such a large site.

Facilities are aimed at children under 10, would not recommend for older children.

Lovely clean campsite. Awesome facilities for the price, and loads to do near by!
The staff in the clubhouse were very enthusiastic and the drinks and food were reasonably priced too!

The fact we were so far away from the toilet and our pitch was on a slope.

One toilet/shower block condemned.
Only 1 toilet block for the whole camping section.
Cash machine out of cash.
Lots of the arcade games out of order.
Launderette had 2 out of 5 washing machines out of order.
Bought child’s pens from shop. Ran out of ink within 5 minutes. Swapped it and the same thing happened with the next one!
Entertainment loud and tacky. Very crowded and can get dangerous for younger kids when getting them all to run to different areas of the room.
