As always a beautifully maintained meadow with clean toilets and lovely walking area. Nice play area for the children with trampolines and rope swings. 5 minute walk to the local pub and playground. Pitches are large and allow bbq, firepits can also be hired from the site 'store'. The little 'store' has pretty much everything if you have forgotten items or fancy a sweet treat. There is also a fridge for communal use. Owners are very friendly and helpful

Was a fantastic site, kids really enjoyed just being able to be ‘in’ nature and we enjoyed being able to relax. Nice quite site with a fabulous honesty shop and toys for the children to loan.

Sunnyside Farm is a fantastic rural family location and without a doubt, the most relaxed and welcoming place we’ve stayed at.

The old farm is rustic, but clean and well cared for. There are some charming features at the site including a Store, which is run on a honesty principle. It contains fire pits to hire for the duration of your stay with natural fire lighters, kindling and logs. Local free range eggs and produce. Camping essentials such as hot chocolate, tea, coffee, condiments and of course marshmallows.

There are many features hidden away for young children such as trampolines, table tennis, a play house, a small wooded area with a rope swing and little pathways for intrepid explorers. There are also little children’s games and activities that can be borrowed.

The touring and camping grass pitch is round with a lovely wild grass area at the centre, with a bench and an old fallen tree trunk. There are little pathways leading in and out.

The owners are very laid back and eco friendly minded, with natural hand soap, home made cakes and the most wonderful locally made and all natural icecreams that were available to buy. Recycling is also encouraged.

There is a WC and a WC family shower room. The shower costs £1 for 7 mins, which we found quite reasonable. There is an outside washing up area for all to use.

It is worth noting that the site is no smoking. On arrival we were greeted by the owners and your booking is listed on a blackboard outside on a first name basis.

This is our second stay at Sunnyside and most certainly won’t be the last.

The one and only problem we encountered was the lack of water pressure available. If your are showering and someone runs some water for washing up or even flushing a toilet will render the shower useless. This will often mean another pound is required while you stand shivering waiting for whoever to finish using the water. This is noting on the booking information, so no secret, but the experience is not pleasant unfortunately. This being said is the only downside to the entire site.

Beautiful site, very quiet, great for young kids, facilities very clean, very friendly owners.

Relaxed and rural atmosphere. The pitches were well spaced in a delightful meadow. The facilities were perfect, exactly as advertised. We liked the extra touches including an electric kettle and free tea and coffee for guests use. This made it easy to have a quick cuppa without the need to fire up our stove. The honesty box for some basic stores, the use of a fridge, and loads of local information.

Great little campsite, simple and sociable in lovely surroundings and a great location for exploring the Suffolk coast.

Facilities were basic but adequate, the honesty box shop was really useful (we needed chocolate digestive biscuits and toilet chemicals and bothe were available)

Our dog enjoyed the woods and footpaths and the hosts were very welcoming. Natural surroundings and a big bonus in the windy coastal area is that the site was well sheltered by the surrounding woods.

A very pretty and small site, we stayed in the pre-erected bell tent which had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Toilets and shower were very clean. The little honesty shop was a nice touch too. A great location, would definitely recommend!

Second time we have stayed at this site. We love the peacefulness and size of the site (only 10 pitches). Lots to do nearby if you want, but lovely to relax and chill out on the site around a fire pit, surrounded by trees and a small woodland. Would highly recommend for those wanting to get away from it all for a few days.

It's a great campsite! We've been here the second time. The hosts are lovely and you can tell they care for their campsite and the facilities a lot. Very comfortable with fridge/freezer, kettle and little shop for basic necessities. Playground for kids. Clean shower/toilet. All in all, a small and very lovely campsite, we will definitely come back!
