We stay here every year and on returning am always reiminded why. Facilities are clean, spacious well mantained pitches. Very family friendly and lots to keep kids entertained. Site feels safe and secure and has a very nice feel to it.

We've just arrived home after a lovely 4 night stay. The whole experience was amazing, pitch was tidy, well sized and the toilets/showers were immaculate every time. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding areas and we had lots of walks to the water park and had a great day in Nottingham. Struggling to find a fault other than I left all of our pillows at home and the youngest ones bag of clothes in his bedroom at home 🙈 but we over packed for the big one so didn't need to do a two hour drive home to get them! It was a great holiday, a memorable one and the kids made lots of friends on the site over the few days we were there. We stayed in a heat wave so weather was on our side and had some lovely nights as a family having a cheeky beer in the sun with our new neighbours and playing games of rounders with the surrounding families. We've already recommended the site to our friends and will be back next year! All major supermarkets are within a 10 mins drive (Aldi, Asda, Morrisons) so no need to pack lots of food.Thank you for a lovely week away.

Well spaced, electric point short distance,toilets and shower clean tidy shop not over priced and children's play park in view keep an eye on them great stop will definitely be back.

Little traffic noise at night but not off putting.

Easy access to the rowing lake for an event

We couldn't fault anything with our stay. From the extremely helpful staff to the amazing toilet/shower blocks. Everything was prestine condition from the grounds to just everything...
We can't wait to find an excuse to come back for another stay.

Location was fantastic, clean and tidy site with hassle free check in.

Noisy late at night, someone was playing loud music past 10pm.

Ideal for access to the British Rowing Champs as a coach.

Could do with another toilet block and more modern facilities compared to other sites I’ve camped at. Same main toilet block since I was a teen. But much changed. Shop opening hours were hopeless, only saw it open one in 5 days. Coop was a godsend.
