Great location in walking distance to the nice little market town of Pocklington.
Well kept Site, with good facilities and large level gravel pitches for Motorhomes.
Very quiet with great views of the surrounding countryside.
Excellent on site cafe & well equipped shop.
We have visited this site a couple of times and will definitely return in the future,
A great base for walking, cycling along the pocklinton Canal,and a must is to visit the beautiful Burnby Hall Gardens.

No dislikes apart from the price for pitches £35 per night, but to be fair it is a great site which is good value for the quality of the location, and on site facilities.

Lovely camp. Got lovely clean wetroom toilet and shower with sink and also another set of toilets. They have kids play area and horses. Also a cafe/food van and even a bar now with local beer.

The campsite is expensive especially because they charge separately for extra adult, extra child, dog and awning. Also, because I booked through pitch up I ended up paying extra for that too! I ended up paying £48 per night!!!

location was good, Took us about 20 minutes to walk from the site into Pocklington a nice flat walk
Managed to catch a bus straight through to York. Had a lovely few hours in York Centre
Pitch sizes were good,
we booked a hardstanding touring pitch, ( when we arrived the gentleman said he wasnt sure what was left, so we ended up on a grass pitch) not an issue in nice weather but would have been less happy if it was wet, didnt cause any issues
loved being close to the horses and goats, Farm shop and cafe looked nice

Lovely small site within walking distance to Pocklington town centre. Everything was spotless, owners lovely and cafe served good food at reasonable price. Will definitely return.
