Thank you for your review and good comments. We are sorry the shower/Toilet situation disappointed your stay, We did have cleaners in for 2-3 hours each day over the bank holiday.
We unfortunately can not control how others treat these facilities.
We previously had seven showers however when our new facilities block is completed we will have Ten onsite showers which is a lot more than recommended by the caravan and camping Clubs.
Excellent site with clean facilities and friendly staff!!!

On Monday the men's stank in the morning, the better toilets were in the portacabin at the rear of the site, we decided we couldn't stay here the 2nd night and came home, it was like going back in time to the 70's. And why should you pay for WiFi in 2023, it should be available across the site.

We are sorry you feel this way, unfortunately as advised on arrival our second toilet facilities on site is under construction the reason behind the temporary toilet facilities and the fact the main reception facilities had more use than normal. The Facilities had been cleaned every day over the weekend by our cleaners and i personally moped and swept all toilets at 9.30am on Sunday morning. The facilities was once again cleaned on Monday lunch time. We would off preferred for you to contact one of the four wardens who live on site about your complaints and then we would of been able to clean up any puddles of “Urine” and any other issues you had.
We did previously have hooks out the showers to hang your clothing but with guest feed back we decided to remove these.
