The size, quality and location of the bell tent, which was accompanied by a picnic table and a fire pit. The pizzas and the bacon sandwiches were delicious. The toilets and the shower units were clean and well maintained.

This is a fantastic campsite - really well located right by the water and with amazing views out towards Poole, Brown Sea Island and Sandbanks. We stayed in the Tipi which commanded the best views of all and is situated just a few metres from the shoreline. There was also a campfire and two picnic tables for us to use. The tipi was very spacious inside and came with a couple of lanterns to keep us illuminated at night.

We were able to take our paddleboards directly out onto the water very easily and enjoyed lazing about on them in the late summer sunshine!

There is also an on-site bar which serves drinks and freshly made pizzas in the evening as well as breakfast baps, teas and coffees in the morning, so you don’t need to bring any cooking equipment if that’s not your thing!

Although the site advertises the fact there are only a couple of fairly basic showers available for everyone to use, the site would be even better if there was a larger, more permanent showerblock facility. I appreciate though that this is very possibly impractical for the space.

Absolutely great experience and lovely site. You get your own bench and fire pit, which the kids loved and on site ability for pizza's in the evening and a breakfast bap and coffee in the morning. Made it a great experience!

Remote, beautiful sea views and lots of countryside to explore. Own beach and great for paddle boarding. Camp fires, sunsets, stargazing. Pop up shop to buy booze, breakfast baps, bbq food packs (delicious), wood and more. Dogs are very welcome. Plenty of toilets, and hot showers with an area to wash up and store things in a fridge if needs be. Great stay and will be back!!

Nothing apart from the nights are cold so lots of bedding and blankets needed.

What a little gem 💎 loved it! What a beautiful place to stay view was amazing, booked a last minute night away and it was lovely really sad to leave. I will definitely be returning pizza, stars and a warm clean tent what more could you want !
