We do try to please everyone but occasionally we fail! For £8 per night you may struggle to do better unless you are paying £20 per night.
I'm afraid social media can be quite dangerous when there is only a little knowledge especially as you are quite wrong about dog poo. It is, in fact, from a flock of wild geese that seem to have taken up home here following the leveling off and re seeding of our campsite, earlier this year. I guess we could try putting nappies on them!
We too were disappointed when two tents decided they were going to disobey our instructions and pitch in an area we asked them not to. To avoid any hassle we decided to let them stay instead of rocking the boat in front of all the other campers. Frustrating nevertheless.
With respect to the unlevel pitch we do have plenty of other pitches to choose from, however, we are not quite sure where you mean.
